13/10/2024: Torniamo da questi che ormai consideriamo nostri amici, vista la gentilezza e la simpatia. Oggi abbiamo gustato la polenta col cervo. Lo spezzatino di cervo è eccezionale, marinato a lungo col ginepro e stracotto con le cipolle, tipo genovese napoletana. Veramente soddisfatti. Dopo, fiera del cioccolato, con numerosi assaggi di ogni tipo di golosità

15/02/2025: Siamo stati qui in famiglia con un bimbo piccolo. Servizio veloce e personale cordiale. Pizza al taglio (tagliere da dividere) molto buona: saporita e molto leggera e facilmente digeribile. Veramente ottima: assolutamente consigliata

23/02/2025: Try it before judging! Initially during the booking I had some prejudices about the staff! When we arrived at the hotel to spend our weekend we met very kind and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and dinner, with variations for everyone. Classic rooms, from a 3-star hotel. Excellent location if you want to take a tour around the center of the village; we did not use the chairlift which is however a 12 minute walk away.

17/02/2025: I do not recommend it at all, the lady at the reception answers badly, it seems that you bother her. The structure passes for a 4 star but it is not and the rooms are not those published on the site!

09/01/2025: I understand wanting to fill as much as possible for the New Year's Eve long weekend but there is a limit to everything, or at least even if it is New Year's Eve when you offer triple rooms that are the size of a small double (there was no room to keep an open suitcase on the floor and 3 coat hangers in total in the cabinet), bathrooms comparable to those of a campsite and cold water for the shower on December 31st at least they should charge figures appropriate to what is offered because some customers like me are ripped off but slowly people are not ripped off anymore. At the Zita inn where breakfast and dinner are provided instead there is nothing to complain about, everything is good and generous quantities. However this is not enough to give more than 2 stars. With much cheaper prices I would have had nothing to complain about, but if you ask for certain figures you have to do a certain service in exchange.

18/02/2025: Everything perfect and fast, good value for money. An unforgivable flaw is no type of separate waste collection and even if you want there are common bins for everything, no instructions about it. Everywhere but especially in the mountains in 2025 we need to make an extra effort, educate and demand education from the consumer! At the cost of dedicating a role in waste management! Now a great ninara!

25/01/2025: Pitiful food I found a hair and it was served cold. Horrible service, I thought I saw the empty toilet paper container and so I went to report it, the waitress pointed out to me that it was there, replying with "wake up, are you stupid?" I don't recommend this to anyone stay away if you want to be treated this way
