29/07/2024: I recently visited a place in Porretta Terme where I tasted some extraordinary zampanelle. The new young owners are exceptional: welcoming and full of passion for their work. Thin, crunchy and perfectly stuffed trotters. I highly recommend trying this place if you are in the area!
29/07/2024: Excellent place for express cuisine without too many frills, good tagliatelle with meat sauce and obviously Zampanella the main dish. Fair prices

22/08/2024: Good and good quality ingredients with relatively low prices but the waiting times are too long even when the place is not full.
25 minutes for a burger is not what.
The salads are prepared just as slowly and a gentleman sitting next to us also complained to me about the delay.
We were told the order would be taken at the table but after 15 minutes we had to enter the restaurant.
The employees are kind and helpful, just the organization doesn't work.

Then you see the counter full of delicacies and you don't know what to choose.
If you pass through Porretta the stop is obligatory.
Last, but not least, The
parking easy to find.

22/08/2024: I had dinner here on 8/21 and went out making a reservation for the following evening. Amazing!! We ate tagliatelle with nettle and ham, wonderful. The hand-rolled pastry and the sauce that was absorbed. A delight. Then we had a schnitzel with baked potatoes. Very good
The following evening, that is, tonight, we ordered gramigna with sausage and sliced beef with fried artichokes. Everything was excellent and the meat was really tender and tasty. We go home with one certainty, we ate well. We were pampered and served with smiles and professionalism. I'll be back
10/08/2024: Unfortunately, alas, I can't say I had a great time. The prosecco was decidedly not very cold and even the bucket in which to put the bottle was the one without ice (therefore quite useless). The Tuscan appetizer disappointed me: two slices of raw meat, two slices of salami, a slice of cheese and some croutons. Not bad in flavor, for goodness sake, but decidedly poor in quantity. The mixed grill wasn't bad. Too bad we ate it among the flies which were really too annoying. I don't know if maybe this is a fly period but eating like this was really unpleasant. It's a shame because I had very different expectations 😔

30/07/2024: If you don't know where to dine in Porretta Terme, don't hesitate! excellent cuisine, young and attentive staff. Traditional Bolognese and Sardinian dishes and revisited dishes, with excellent quality/price. Not to be missed!

24/07/2024: Great experience, as always. Ample parking outside and a spacious room. I highly recommend the pizzas and the delicious fried polenta. Friendly and fast service.

17/08/2024: Very very friendly service: there were five of us and we had a train to catch; they served us at the speed of light so that we could eat very early, really very kind.
12/08/2024: Before writing I thought about it carefully since I do the same job, but after this evening I have to share that: seeing waiters take draft wine in front of customers out of place, not serving customers by answering I'm arriving and they never arrive, especially the waitress with red hair and a very alcoholic who treats everything with incredible arrogance seeing waiters take the ice with their hands and put it in the glass, a terrible experience, I think there is Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse in the kitchen, to prepare roasts and one of frozen prawns it takes about twenty minutes without words, but seeing a table where the pizzas are brought first for the parents and a piece of spaghetti glued to the child after a quarter of an hour after the pizzas have been served without words, I turn to you, the owner, and I take the liberty of I do the same job, do yourself a favor check out this place, change the staff, the only person you have to keep and I think has a lot of professionalism and the girl behind the drink and sweets counter does the rest, trust me, I'm sorry to speak to dogs so badly and not I never do reviews, but what I saw this evening made me vomit

29/06/2024: Ristorante molto piccolo rimasto con arredamento e musica di sottofondo negli anni 70.Tagliatelle con ragù di Cinghiale veramente buoni, antipasto di salume così così. Facilissimo da trovare con personale gentile e cordiale.
