22/04/2025: A paradise of Emilian flavours: dream zampanelle, tigelle and crescentine! If you love authentic Emilian cuisine, prepare to fall in love with this place. A place where tradition meets passion and each dish tells a story of taste and quality. The zampanelle are simply spectacular: soft, rich, cooked to perfection and stuffed with the freshest ingredients. Each bite is an explosion of flavors that makes you want to order the next one immediately. The tigelle? A masterpiece! Hot, fragrant, served with a wide choice of cured meats, cheeses and typical condiments that will make every palate happy. Impossible to stop at just one. And then there are crescentine, light and crispy just right, golden fried and never greasy, to be enjoyed with cold cuts or even simply alone... because they are so good that they don't need anything else. Warm atmosphere, kind and attentive staff, fast but attentive service. A culinary experience that warms the heart and fills the belly. 27/04/2025: Three dream days in a crazy location...top rooms, top staff, kindness, friendliness, helpfulness, in short, exceptional 💯 Wonderful spa with wellness programs and an amazing swimming pool...buffet breakfast where there was everything and more, everything taken care of down to the smallest detail, excellent gourmet dinner...practically a paradise...super super super highly recommended💯❤️

22/04/2025: We had appetizers (local cold cuts with truffles) and first courses (tagliatelle with wild boar ragù). Excellent.... The house wine however is to be avoided.

16/02/2025: The place has a main entrance that isn't very noticeable, just a door with a sign above it that isn't even illuminated, we were warned that it was difficult to see otherwise we would have passed without seeing it. You go down the stairs and enter the main room, the environment has soft lights with the pizzeria in plain sight. We sit down and take our orders, after a while the waiter returns and tells us that they had finished one dish. It's okay, let's change and continue. Good polenta with cheese fondue, croutons with so-so liver pâté. We take the second course, baked shank, anonymous and stewed wild boar a little too sweet with a strong hint of game. Then the dessert, whereupon the waiter returns to tell us that they had run out of the dessert I had chosen. The price of the dinner was a little higher than expected but I am convinced that if we had taken the pizza the score would have been higher because when the waiters passed with the pizza to other tables we smelled a good smell. So I hope to go back to try their pizza

07/04/2025: A slightly deco place but good atmosphere, accompanied by pleasant background music. Quick and accurate service, excellent pizza and rosemary focaccia, as well as the fillet with mushrooms. sweet trifle!! Also recommended for a short stop in Porretta Terme as for us. A walk through this village in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines is worth after dinner.

24/03/2025: This place really deserves a lot, even though they have an infinite number of courses, whatever you take you won't go wrong, excellent service and the place is very nice, I definitely recommend it.

27/04/2025: Nice place, discovered by chance, everything was very good. We ate tortelloni with ragù, tortellini in broth and gramigna with sausage ragù. Then we had the cotoletta alla bolognese, a delicious discovery.

11/04/2025: An unusual place where you can breathe Sardinia in the heart of the Apennines. Two fantastic people, professionally trained and humanely predisposed. Very good food and I recommend the seafood fregola.

25/03/2025: I arrive and are greeted in a friendly manner, excellent wine, excellent atmosphere, it's like being in a dream, I go with the starter, the first course and I don't order the second course to also see the portions "so as not to waste food", I eat everything, everything is good , I'm hungry...... I want to order and they tell me the kitchen is closed. The food is excellent and the prices are also quite adequate, perhaps they are a bit noisy in the kitchen and often tend to argue and raise their voices.!? Great place, good food, decent staff.

15/11/2024: Locale molto carino e spazioso personale gentile e attento , pizze veramente molto buone e saporite cotte bene e non bruciate , ingredienti sani con farine anche integrali, ottimo locale consigliato...

29/10/2024: When I feel like eating a pizza, I play it safe and come here! Amazing dough, the charcoal one is absolutely worth trying, and abundant toppings! The friendliness and courtesy of the owner and the staff make you feel at home!!
