I used to come to the Affrico summer camp 50 years ago and would pass by on foot, but there was only a bar/grocery store, and now, riding around on my motorbike, I found this beautiful and well-run trattoria!

A truly beautiful and well-decorated place with a beautiful view of the valley. Highly recommended!

28/01/2026: Unfortunately, the smell of cooking lingers in the recently renovated room, but there's nothing to complain about regarding the food and presentation.
04/01/2026: The food is very good, the service is sometimes a little slow. The problem is that there are penguins here, so it's very cold. If you come, bring a heater and some rocks to light a fire. However, it's very good and welcoming, except for the penguins.

20/09/2025: The atmosphere isn't very airy unless you sit on the veranda. Service is slow. We had two appetizers and two pizzas with a bottle of wine and spent €25 each. The pizza wasn't exceptional, the service wasn't exceptional. I expected better because if you don't book, you won't find a table. I don't think we'll be back.
27/08/2025: One star because I can't give less. There were eleven of us, and we booked for 12:45. We arrived and placed our orders (two appetizers, two crescenti, a tagliata, three first courses, and two mixed cheese platters). After an hour and ten minutes of waiting, not even the two appetizers had been brought, only two baskets of bread. I got up and went to finish explaining, only to be told we'd be served immediately. Sure enough, after another ten minutes, the orders started arriving. Even the person who had ordered the tagliata first received the salad, and even more time passed before the meat. Finally, we ate alongside kilos of flies. It doesn't take much to install mosquito nets, or else the object attracts flies!
It was a wonderful experience; I've never experienced this before!!! However, I don't think I'll be back. I feel bad for the place, which has so much potential if managed better.

19/07/2025: Ambiente semplice e familiare, salumi, formaggi, tigelle e tigelle fritte veramente buone.
Lo stinco di maiale era burro per quanto morbido, e le cipolline che lo accompagnavano erano buonissime.
Tutto ad un prezzo onestissimo!!!!
Consiglio vivamente di venire a pranzo qua.
16/06/2025: L'apoteosi della scortesia. Abbiamo prenotato un tavolo per tre persone per passare una giornata al fresco della montagna.
All'arrivo ci è stato detto che il tavolo era sotto una sorta di gazebo in tela plastificata, una specie di serra sotto la quale la temperatura era letteralmente intollerabile. Abbiamo quindi chiesto, garantisco nella maniera più educata possibile se, essendo persone anziane (il più vecchio, un ottantenne) non era possibile avere un altro tavolo al di fuori del gazebo. Siamo stati letteralmente aggrediti dicendo che non potevamo avere pretese, dato che loro dovevano mettere a tavola duecento persone.
La signora che ci ha risposto ha poi detto che potevamo utilizzare un altro tavolo esterno purché lo sgombrassimo entro 1 ora e mezza, allontanandosi dicendo che tanto, a breve, quel tavolo sarebbe comunque andato al sole.
A quel punto ce ne siamo andati...

27/02/2025: Ristorante caratteristico. Cucina casalinga e con portate molto abbondanti. Menù fisso. Tutto molto buono. Passatelli e arrostichetto eccezionali come anche le pappardelle al ragù di cinghiale.
08/01/2025: Ambiente rustico semplice e piacevole, cibo buono, servizio cordiale e gentile, prezzi onestissimi. Ben accolti celiaci e cani (in famiglia abbiamo entrambi, per questo mi permetto di accostarli🤣): cosa si può chiedere di più
