Location: This is the only "category" that I rate positively because they are in a visible place and in the middle of everything. (Without VIP area) Food: the two croissants were good (a little dry) but the milk came in very little quantity for what it cost.

08/03/2024: The other evening I came to try this place because a colleague of mine had told me about it after a similar one had closed here. We order from the screen, like at the MC, and then we start getting the burrito, a trio of tacos, the quesadilla, a French tacos. So I'll start by saying that, being a chain, I imagined that the quality couldn't be exceptional but in the end I have to say that it wasn't that bad, the food seemed to me to be acceptable anyway, perhaps a little too many sauces and in some dishes even a little drawn out but the quantity is fine.

15/02/2024: Ho deciso di provarlo dopo avere visto le tante recensioni positive degli intervistati di QUI SI TAFFIA ma devo dire che sono stato piuttosto deluso. Personale all’inizio accogliente, per fortuna siamo stati accomodati nella saletta superiore perché il piano terra era una bolgia. Oggettivamente non ho riscontrato ricordi indelebili nei cocktail, buoni sì ma niente di eccezionale anche dai signature. La cosa che mi ha però molto deluso è stato l’atteggiamento del cameriere che, dopo aver terminato le consumazioni ed alla risposta di non desiderare un secondo giro in maniera a parer mio mio poco garbata ha detto a me e a mia moglie “ragazzi, tra 5 minuti ci serve il tavolo”. Preciso che eravamo accomodati da MASSIMO mezz’ora ed avevamo infatti da poco terminato le consumazioni, insomma non avevamo messo le radici da ore con davanti il calice vuoto. Denota mancanza di tatto ed orientamento al cliente, pertanto non ritornerò più. A Bologna si trova di meglio, senz’altro.

30/10/2023: BAD EXPERIENCE NEVER AGAIN I'll just tell you that I didn't even order. my friends and I arrive (Saturday evening) and we sit at the tables outside, the waiter (short, nose piercing, dark-haired) comes to the table telling us that there weren't many rums/spirits and that moreover he couldn't do things that were too elaborate/ beaten because it didn't have mint etc. we are satisfied and take another two minutes to choose something else. I work in gastronomy and I understand these unexpected events so I absolutely didn't complain. the waiter comes back and takes some orders, he was obviously already upset, but I wasn't that interested. I ask him for a vodka lemon, and my boyfriend (Albanian who recently arrived in Italy) asks him if in the end a vodka lemon could be made because he didn't understand that that was on the list of things he had. he replies sourly "but then you don't understand when I'm talking?" I BLACK replied that his sister said such a sentence and not to a customer also because if a customer needs an explanation even 100 times it is always explained to him and I ALWAYS say with a smile having said this it was very rude and rude to us we all got up and left, and he should be grateful that I didn't throw a chair at his head!! for me these people don't even deserve to work. BAD WAITER GO WASH THE TOILETS IF YOU HAVE TO HAVE THIS C*** FACE go

29/10/2023: Around 4.30pm on Sunday. Historic center full of people. We sit down and order 5 coffees, 1 barley and 2 cokes. After taking the question, the girl (who is not at fault) comes back saying that the coffee maker has closed. I don't think this is normal!

29/03/2024: At 2 o'clock in the afternoon, we went inside to ask if we were still accepting customers. A girl came over very reluctantly and gave us a blank look and said she would go inside and ask, holding a mobile phone in her hand. Why should you open a store with this attitude? Don't open it. Just play with your phone. We are disturbing you from playing with your phone while you are having a meal with a straight face.

Ordino da asporto 2 bowls medie alle 19:30 il rider arriva alle 21:20, dopo aver aspettato quasi 2 ore apro la mia Bowl che conteneva ingredienti diversi da quelli selezionati, nemmeno l'ombra della maionese che ho ordinato e l'olio della scatoletta di tonno non è stato scolato...totale 30 euro per due piatti che ne costano 5 insieme fatti male e non piaciuti... è un peccato che in città si trovino poche attività serie ma questa è pessima...la prossima volta mi divertirò ad ordinare con pagamento in contanti e a mandarvi in Tibet a consegnare.

27/12/2023: Ciò riprovato per la terza volta ma è proprio da EVITARE…Stessi Proprietari del vecchio sushiko,male organizzati e cibo Scarso. Spaghetti di Soia arrivati freddi sembravano rimanenze di altri tavoli,di solito ti ustioni quando arrivano fatti a dovere…detto al cameriere di rifarli ha portato gli stessi leggermente scaldati. Per Altri 2 piatti abbiamo aspettato 1 ora e 10…MAI PIÙ POSTO DA EVITARE

14/01/2024: relatively questionable place and food. staff is among the top 5 remaining in Bologna (with a handcuff instead of a bracelet). they transmitted a lot of filth, together with the environment and the sauces (almost fluorescent) which were probably very chemical. I highly recommend a HACCP inspection. we served ourselves in this place last night and at 3.12pm the next day my clothes, together with my hair, still smell of excessively used oil, which, unfortunately, does not make my presence in a public place pleasant. I must admit that the stomach ache at night was not pleasant, but by the morning it had already disappeared. I gave 2 stars to "amore american chicken & burger" because it was one of the only places open at 00:30 on a Saturday night. we risked food poisoning but at least we saved the evening, thanks.

08/01/2024: Avoid! Sandwich attendant with dubious hygienic conditions! The subject in question, wearing a wool cap and a denim jacket, entered the shop and got to work without changing clothes or even washing his hands. Meat and bread heated in the microwave, as the plate and rotisserie were turned off. Price €5 for a sandwich with meat only. If I could, I would give zero stars... Horrible!

11/03/2024: Terza esperienza in un fast food di questa catena e devo dire che le musica è sempre la stessa: qualità bassissima a prezzi non adeguati. Staff poco cortese. Pulizia piuttosto scarsa.

16/01/2024: Forse più bassi...in genere prendiamo carne rossa, non sempre buona a volte si a volte non di buona qualità e dura. Ci piaceva il piatto Gran Canyon ma ultimamente è veramente poco buono con poca qualità specialmente la verdura che quasi non si mangia. Peccato come dicevo a volte abbiamo mangiato bene x prezzo e qualità.
