05/06/2025: We happened upon Trattoria dal Taio one evening without a reservation. Even though it was Saturday night and the place was full, they welcomed us in a professional and friendly manner, finding a solution so as not to leave us empty-handed. A very nice, welcoming and well-kept place, excellent Umbrian cuisine and top-quality raw materials. We regretfully were unable to finish the dishes we ordered, which were delicious, because we were returning from a day of tasting and there was little space left ☺️. With the desire to definitely return, I can only recommend this little place.
