15/01/2025: Rustic and traditional environment but revised with such care to make it elegant and modern at the same time.. Aperitif with an excellent Trento DOC and excellent crostini with lard and salami. Appetizer of local cured meats and cheeses, which I would define as "exaggerated" in terms of goodness and quantity. And then him: THE Dumpling, in the traditional version with a cup of melted butter poured in front of my eyes which were shining... I am satisfied, I pay with a smile a bill that is not low, but deserved!

07/01/2025: Bel posto, si mangia bene , buon vino e cameriere simpatiche, il titolare un po’ troppo serio e non ci ha offerto nemmeno un piccolo amaro ! Esperienza da fare!
