15/05/2025: Very kind helped me first with directions in town . Then day after I found her restaurant by chance. Very delicious and authentic local food and some other specialties.

Trusting in the good reviews we went to this little restaurant in the center of Cavalese.
The environment is welcoming but the cuisine was very disappointing.
Tasteless spaghetti with clams, drained without being creamed and with the cooking water still on the bottom... furthermore, the bottarga was missing even though it was indicated on the menu.
Prices quite high

03/05/2025: What can I say, from the staff to the food, everything is perfect, special mention for the tagliatelle with venison ragù, sublime!
03/05/2025: Potato gnocchi were delicious, both the ones with puzzone and walnuts and the ones with red potatoes with ricotta and speck. The cold cuts platter was very good, to mention the giardiniera made by them and the quince mustard also made in-house! Excellent. The desserts were also very good, a chocolate sbrisolona and an ice cream with apricots in syrup (made by them) truly excellent!!!

22/04/2025: We saw this restaurant through the reviews and it was a success.
We arrived at 9:20 p.m. and they were treated very well, the boy was very nice.
The food was delicious, we ordered two Milanese. Delicious.
I recommend it without a doubt!
14/03/2025: Gran pizza, vinimos a mitad del día y no tenían mucha gente y recibimos nuestra pizza bastante rápido. Fue delicioso y el servicio fue amable.
