05/03/2026: I discovered this place a few months ago thanks to friends. I've been there several times in a short time and have always had a great time.
04/03/2026: We found this restaurant by chance on Google while looking for somewhere to eat after a stroll around the nearby lake. What can I say? It's truly amazing! The wood-paneled interior gives it a warm, family-like feel, just how I like it. The food is exceptional: generous and delicious dishes, desserts displayed on a table so you'd want to take them all, and the first courses and meat dishes are delicious. A huge compliment also for the service: the waiters were extremely kind and helpful despite the restaurant being packed. We felt pampered and will definitely be back. The price was in line with the experience and the food we ate.

13/01/2025: Sur la petite route entre Pian di Conca et Stavia, et quand on cherche bien, on finit par trouver la trattoria Giusto di Sale.
Ce qui frappe au premier abord, c'est la forte et chaleureuse personnalité de Gian Luca, le propriétaire.
Mais aussi les plats, simples et joliment cuisinés. Le service est efficace et attentionné, le rapport qualité/prix est remarquable.
25/12/2024: Pranzo di Natale in famiglia in questo posticino nel verde della campagna versiliese. Menù’ della tradizione toscana con ottimi piatti squisiti e ben presentati da uno staff gentile e preparato. Ottimo pranzo di Natale. Complimenti!!!
