10/07/2025: Wonderful location, excellent food. I especially like it in the winter; it has a special charm. One of the best trattorias, and it's no coincidence that it's been open for over 60 years.
06/07/2025: We stopped by chance in this typical Tuscan trattoria.
Differently from what I read in some reviews:
- we found the service excellent, not formal but attentive, kind, appropriate for the type of place.
- the house appetizer not excellent, the fried chicken equally so, the ravioli or tortelli too spicy seasoned with an excellent meat sauce.
More than abundant portions.
Pleasant environment with a large parking lot.
Fair quality/price ratio.

13/01/2025: Sur la petite route entre Pian di Conca et Stavia, et quand on cherche bien, on finit par trouver la trattoria Giusto di Sale.
Ce qui frappe au premier abord, c'est la forte et chaleureuse personnalité de Gian Luca, le propriétaire.
Mais aussi les plats, simples et joliment cuisinés. Le service est efficace et attentionné, le rapport qualité/prix est remarquable.
25/12/2024: Pranzo di Natale in famiglia in questo posticino nel verde della campagna versiliese. Menù’ della tradizione toscana con ottimi piatti squisiti e ben presentati da uno staff gentile e preparato. Ottimo pranzo di Natale. Complimenti!!!
