03/08/2025: We returned to this wonderful little town after many years, and on the recommendation of friends, we came to eat here. Wonderful dinner, exceptionally high-quality dishes. The staff were helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable. We'll definitely be back.

02/08/2025: We dined outside. The staff were friendly despite the crowded restaurant. The dishes were excellent and beautiful, the wine list was top-notch, and above all, the dessert amazed us, an explosion of flavors. A confirmation. Well done everyone!

The quiet and relaxed atmosphere, especially outside on summer evenings, is enhanced by a light breeze that makes dinner even more enjoyable. 🍴 Flavors that captivate The cuisine is a true ode to tradition: crispy fried gnocco accompanied by an irresistible mix of local cured meats, textbook-quality cooked shoulder tortelli, and a treat for the palate—the delicate and surprising pink beetroot gnocchi with Castelmagno cream. All this is complemented by a bottle of wine that perfectly complements the experience. 👩‍🍳 Impeccable service Hospitality is a strong point: the staff is extremely kind and attentive, especially the waitress, who greeted us with a smile and was able to advise us on the perfect wine selection.
