02/08/2025: Beautiful location with a lovely atmosphere. The food is absolutely delicious, especially the fresh fish, everything tasted super fresh and well prepared. Prices are a bit higher, but definitely worth it for the quality you get. This place deserves way more visitors.
01/08/2025: Looking for a restaurant away from the touristy areas of San Vito, we luckily dined at Alfredo. The staff were super friendly, smiling, and welcoming, the location was quiet and peaceful, the outdoor terrace was lovely, and the food was amazing! Bruschetta was a welcome treat, along with an appetizer, two first courses, salad, and dessert—everything was delicious! Highly recommended!

08/08/2025: Everything was excellent: delicious dishes, wines that paired perfectly with the food, and above all... dreamlike service and hospitality. But the friendliness of the staff is second to none.
08/08/2025: I went to this restaurant for dinner with family, mainly to try the couscous. I know this dish well, so my expectations were really high. First of all, you absolutely have to book. They have two sittings for dinner, 7:45 and 9:30 p.m.; we chose the second sitting so we didn't have to wait. We had fish appetizers, which were really good. For the couscous, I definitely recommend the duo option for €25. It basically brings you two half portions of couscous of your choice on one plate, complete with sauces and gravies for both. The portions are normal and well-seasoned. We ordered wines, a truly vast selection, although the wine prices are slightly higher than other restaurants.
The location is truly beautiful and unique. Inside, there's a "renovated" garden with paving and olive trees, a must-see.
Excellent service; the waiters are kind, attentive, and helpful.
Medium-high prices, commensurate with the quality and service.
The only thing I can say, more of a suggestion than anything else, is that they should better organize the waiting lists and wait times.

12/07/2025: Waiters are nice but almost no one speaks English, which makes communication super hard. Had the marinated shrimps for starter and then couscous for main. All the fish even in the couscous came raw. I was absolutely disgusted, and felt a bit aggravated by not being able to communicate to anyone and understand if that was normal... Sad to say but this was by far the worst meal I've had in all of my travels in Italy. Giving 3 stars for the nice outdoor table and kind waiters.

11/08/2025: The stars speak for themselves.
The welcome you receive immediately puts you in a good mood, the young lady (unfortunately we didn't ask her name) is the jewel in the crown of the place. The super-friendly guy even convinced us to order a deconstructed cannoli even though we were bursting at the seams.
The fish is really good, and the vegetarian options are excellent too.
The price is fair for the quality of the food.
Nothing to add, we'll definitely be back!
11/08/2025: The atmosphere would be nice, but the same can't be said for the food.
The octopus was tough and the portion was ridiculous, to say the least.
The stuffed cuttlefish was tough and basically inedible. Let's not even talk about the entrees.
The prices were incredibly exorbitant and inconsistent with the quality of the food.
The staff were courteous until you pointed out the above, and instead of a discount, they offered a dessert to apologize... "The octopus, calamari, and cuttlefish are fresh, so it's normal for them to be tough." NO, MRS., you just need to know how to cook them.
Don't go there; maybe you can find it at 50% off with the fork, but not at full price.
A real shame.

23/08/2025: Top location, service, and menu need rethinking. The menu initially seemed exciting, but then I had to wait over an hour between dishes. My spaghetti with clam cream was dry and tasted only of lemon. The hostess, realizing I hadn't eaten, asked if I wanted anything else and then charged me for it anyway. This was unacceptable. It was definitely a terrible dining experience, and they clearly don't know how to pamper a customer. I don't recommend it. You'll be disappointed.
