Let's talk about Giuseppe... my dear, it wouldn't be bad to approach the customer with a little more humility, you don't necessarily have to be "I know everything" often making the customer the protagonist is not a bad thing but rather an added value, from those who do the profession of hospitality, we understand the tiredness and frustrations that this particular profession brings but this does not mean that in the end, the customer, if polite, needs to be cradled a little and we have not felt this at all, and so much less received.
