06/10/2025: The food was fine. The meat was nice and soft, and the sauce in my girlfriend's dish added a nice flavour. The lemon gel was basically frozen lemon juice which was meh (but then, it's kind of to be expected). The cannolo was nice, not the absolute best, but I was happy with it. The staff is nice and friendly, and the place feels very local out of the way of the main tourism sites.

19/10/2025: Dinner on October 10, 2025 The setting is bare, consisting of a single, bright room, but devoid of any furnishings, enhanced only by four photographs of Modica on the walls. Tables are discreetly separated, and acoustic comfort is difficult to assess due to the small number of customers. Decent traditional cuisine: mixed antipasto, varied but unmemorable. The "lolli che favi" (a type of pasta filled with honey and honeycomb) are hard to judge, having never eaten them before, but they didn't impress me at all, while the ricotta ravioli with pork sauce were convincing. Decent house wine. Friendly and fairly quick service. Affordable. Rating: 7

17/10/2025: It's a bit far from the center of Modica, but you can eat really delicious traditional food. Oh, I want to eat it again.

14/09/2025: While on vacation in Sicily, we saw this restaurant along the road to Modica. The sign says "traditional cuisine," so we stopped in. It was a great experience. We returned every night we were in Modica. We took their advice and tried a few different dishes, including the pizza. All the food was excellent. The owners are friendly, kind, and attentive to their customers. We had a great time. They also gave us advice on what to try and see in Modica. Well done, keep up the good work. 07/09/2025: Lunch at this family-run restaurant. Excellent food, traditional dishes. Reasonable bill, and kind and friendly owners. A special thought for Mr. Roberto
