I love everything about this place; from the wonderful location to the excellent typical Sicilian cuisine, from the courtesy of the owners to the professionalism of the staff.
For me, it is a little corner of paradise at the foot of Etna.

Hot and cold appetizers prepared in a homemade and genuine way, the first course based on wild asparagus is excellent (tending towards bitterness but perfectly balanced!). An unmissable dessert for me, the minicannoli are delicious 💪🏼😉
The wine list is excellent and long, with some local gems that cannot be found.
If you're in the area, stop here ☺️
