09/02/2025: Well, as a Roman from Montesacro, quite a disappointing experience, with some poorly made dishes (pennette alla vodka in a lake of sauce and too much, but too al dente) not to mention the artichokes which were certainly the offspring of violets, but the oil seemed diluted or the artichokes simply boiled, without even the odors that are added at the end of cooking, to finish with the homemade tiramisu, absolutely genuine but very heavy in terms of both egg white and alcohol. Spending a total of 92 euros, too much for the quality, service and typicality of the dishes not respected. The only excellent thing besides the mussels was the creme brulé. P.S. Absolutely worth seeing, very 70s place...
05/01/2025: This trattoria offers simple, authentic food in a cozy atmosphere. The service was so nice: they kindly accommodated us with a last-minute reservation for New Year's Eve, greeting us with great smiles. We ordered the carbonara, bucatini, and the Fiorentini meat, which was red and juicy. However, it could have used a bit more flavor and was somewhat difficult to cut. On a positive note, the tiramisu was one of the best we've ever tasted!

02/02/2025: We chose the Vivas from a recommendation. And we weren't disappointed. The restaurant has a rustic authenticity and yet appropriately modern touch. We were here twice, once with 5 other friends and then again shortly before departure. The dishes are not run of the mill, very creative and somehow very special, I didn't like everything but the tastes are known to be different, actually almost deserves 5 stars. Personally, I liked the fried cauliflower steak best with all the amazing flavors and on the one hand I would come here again and again because of that. The portions are not large but considering the variety of flavors they are completely sufficient and fulfilling. The icing on the cake was the service. The lady named Asia looked after us very well, explained the dishes and was omnipresent and present; we felt well served all around. Highly recommended for anyone who likes interesting gastronomy and appropriate hospitality.
25/01/2025: I know that the area is touristic and overpriced, but I never thought I'd pay more than 20 euros for a plate with 5 small raviolis, whose flavour didn't make me scream with joy btw. First time in my life that, after paying that amount, I had to go to a bakery to fill me up
