We were passing through, it inspired us, and they didn't disappoint, so we'll be back.
01/06/2026: Calling them supplì is an insult to Roman cuisine: they tasted more like a stretched Ascoli olive.
Carbonara is forgettable. As soon as it arrived, I was overwhelmed by a strange, burning smell: the charred guanciale ruined the flavor of the entire dish. Added to this was the lack of pepper, the barely perceptible pecorino cheese, and the egg was decidedly too runny (it needed a spoon to eat it). A dish like this shouldn't come from a restaurant kitchen.
