05/10/2025: They got the various steaks cooked wrong, I think they got confused which is why they gave them a 4* rating. Everything was good from the starters to the first courses and the price was normal if you order prime meat.
04/10/2025: Must try! (I tried it more than once to give a more objective review). The meat is always top-notch, the Roman first courses are excellent, but the fettuccine isn't as good. Tip: skip the appetizers, focus on the Roman first courses and especially the meat!

21/09/2025: Drawn by the excellent reviews about the food, I decided to try this trattoria. I arrived and there was no one ready to welcome me. After about ten minutes, a waitress came out of the kitchen. A brunette with plates in hand, I politely asked if it was possible to order takeout. She, very annoyed, replied, "Wait, I have to ask the kitchen," and went to the table to leave the plates for the customers. Immediately afterward, another waitress came out, this time a brunette and even more annoyed than the previous one to see me, still with plates in hand, saying, "Tell me." I, again very politely, asked if it was possible to order takeout. She, walking straight towards the customers' table, said, "No, no, yeah, we're stuck tonight, not tonight," which, for those who don't speak Roman, means that tonight they were full and very busy. All this happened on the way from the kitchen to the outdoor area without either waitress deigning to stop and speak with me for a moment. Let me start by saying that when I arrived, there were three tables outside, two of which were children's and the other perhaps parents'. Yes, there were two more tables that hadn't arrived yet. I understand that it's a trattoria and that the service can be spartan and that the conversation can be very casual, but that doesn't mean the staff should be rude to customers. They didn't even try to ask me what I hypothetically wanted to eat or even suggest quick and easy alternatives to prepare given their busy evening. I arrived there intending to get two lasagnas to go, a dish that I don't think they make on the spot but which simply needs to be reheated. I'm absolutely not criticizing the food because, alas, I didn't have the chance to try it because, as you can imagine, I left without even a goodbye, but the staff absolutely needs changing. You can't work in front of the public and be so rude and surly. I can expect that from a young woman, if that's the case, but not from an adult. In short, change the staff, which, based on other reviews, I'd say isn't exactly excellent in terms of politeness and courtesy. Even the welcome, even though it's in Roman dialect, can be friendly. This, too, is part of the experience and what keeps you coming back, not just the good food. Even if it's just a trattoria.
21/09/2025: Old-fashioned Roman cuisine in a small trattoria tucked away in the heart of Fiumicino. Excellent value for money... and quantity! A la carte menu and daily specials. We ordered a zucchini flower, two supplì, a mezze manica alla carbonara, a handmade tagliolini with cacio e pepe, meatballs in tomato sauce, water, a half liter of wine, and two coffees for a total of €57. We had the pleasure of chatting with the ladies who run the place, who are pleasant and courteous. One of those places that, once discovered, you can't wait to return.
