18/02/2026: A small, family-run trattoria in Ciampino. As soon as you enter, you're immediately put at ease by their kindness. The menu features all the traditional Roman dishes, well-prepared and, above all, generous. First courses are served on a plate or left in the pan they were cooked in. Visiting this little trattoria is like being at home. The appetizers are also very good. I'll be back as soon as I can, as I didn't manage to eat the main courses because, after the array of house appetizers and the first course, I unfortunately couldn't finish the second course.

20/12/2025: It's closed permanently, but now they throw kids' parties complete with balloons and ball pits.
At least they could have taken down the "restaurant-pizzeria" sign at the beginning of the street.
28/11/2025: If there were such exceptional people, the world would be a true paradise.
