03/04/2026: We arrived at the restaurant with high expectations, but the service started off horribly. The table was set with only cutlery and placemats, and napkins and glasses were forgotten. When the waitress arrived, she asked us what we wanted to order, demanding we choose our drinks without even having the menus or wine list. Once we pointed out that we still didn't know what to order, she responded rather rudely and left without saying anything. At 9:30 PM, we managed to order an appetizer to share, three first courses, and a sliced ​​steak. 20 minutes later, the first courses and the sliced ​​steak arrived, without oil or salt, and most importantly, they forgot to bring us the appetizer. We pointed out the forgotten appetizer and asked for it to be brought later, since the first courses were already on the table. After more than an hour, once the first courses were finished, the waiters, repeatedly ignoring us and in a state of confusion, rushed in and out of the restaurant with multiple dishes, repeatedly getting the orders from neighboring tables wrong. They brought us bread, now useless, since there was nothing left on the plates. However, they still didn't bring us the appetizer after more than an hour of waiting and after asking for it multiple times. So, the table was cleared. The table was opened without asking us if we wanted dessert or coffee, which, given the current situation, would probably arrive the next day. So we decided to go in and pay, resigned to not having received an appetizer. 1 star for the lovely location, the presence of the Good Friday Mass, and a beggar with an accordion who cheered us up by playing us a couple of songs.

14/01/2026: The service was impeccable 👌🏻 the waitress is kind, speaks English, asked if everything was okay. The vibes were out of this world: family operated, welcoming, fairly clean. If you're looking for authenticity, traditional food made with love then you're at the right place. The portions are HUGE and the prices are okay. I loved every second at this place. Truly a hidden gem🥰
