26/12/2023: Friendly food and over the top service, especially the burrata... Excellent peppered mussels and orecchiette with nduja... The owner is super nice as is the rest of the staff... Even the mother chef is super nice... we will be back Surely. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it.
Ps I suggest you book the tasting menu a few days before.
26/12/2023: Scelta pessima per il pranzo di Natale, alla prenotazione avevo chiesto qualche piatto vegetariano per una persona su 4 in totale (il menu di Natale costava 50 euro) e al nostro arrivo scopriamo che se ne erano dimenticati. Solo come primo mi è stato servito un piatto di pasta fatta in casa , mentre il menu comprendeva due primi piatti. Delle due verdure presenti sul menu una era servita insieme al sugo della tagliata e l’altra era rappresentata da finocchio crudo (il menu diceva pinzimonio di verdure). Poi, malgrado avessimo chiesto un tavolo a lato sala (ci accompagnava mio cagnolino pauroso), avevano dimenticato anche questo. Uno dei ns ospiti ha dovuto inoltre assentarsi quasi subito per motivi suoi personali e ci hanno fatto pagare anche il suo pasto benché non lo abbiano servito (siamo usciti con una dog bag che conteneva ben poco)…. Quindi, recensione pessima.

Overcooked fusilli and tasteless sauce
Calamarata overcooked and ruined, mostly closed mussels or the few open ones of dubious taste.
The army field kitchen cooks better.
The quality of the raw material is LIDL but the price does not reflect this.
Avoid, if you can, avoid for your health.

You already stuff yourself with the appetizers, slightly greasy but delicious.

17/03/2024: We found ourselves in this tavern by chance, at first glance it seemed like one of those little places where you end up by chance and are left with a unique and unexpected experience, but no.
Very nice place in 90s style, with Apulian cuisine and menu.
We took the "Apulian appetizer", mussels, fried foods and bread products, unfortunately everything seemed frozen and fried, while the bread products were a little old. Also followed by pickles, such as aubergines, giardiniera, olives and onions.
I was a bit stunned when I realized that these were the same things that are on display, without a display case or anything else, in a counter next to the entrance to the restaurant and next to the cash register, where many people and stations pass by anyway to pay or anything else. So I wouldn't say very hygienic.
Same thing goes for desserts. Ricotta cakes, cheesecakes and tiramisu, left exposed without protection or ventilation, to the goods of passing customers.
In any case, we stopped at the appetizer and then moved on to the dessert. A little disappointing

21/02/2024: Very welcoming restaurant, with a beautiful summer garden. The food was definitely good and typically Apulian: burrata on everything! For the rest we ate excellent fish. The house white wine, still, was decidedly excellent.

19/12/2023: Tried it for dinner during the long weekend of April 25th because it was highly recommended and it fully met my expectations. Informal atmosphere, generous portions, really good home cooking. I can not wait to come back.

Super welcome as soon as we set foot inside the place.
Short menu but everything we ordered was delicious. The basic idea is to propose some traditional Apulian dishes expertly re-organised in a modern style by the chef.
We start with an entreé of focaccia from Bari, accompanied by a tasting of olive oil on artisan bread.
Absolutely try the soft egg among the appetizers, truly sublime!
But the dish that surprised us the most were the lime prawns accompanied by crunchy cabbage, a combination that may seem risky but will amaze you! Seeing is believing!
Prices in line with the Milanese average, also consider that it is a restaurant reported in the Michelin guide.
08/03/2024: Great bistro in beautiful area! The dishes are well thought out, the cellar is super stocked. All very good!

29/03/2024: I was there recently with friends. An excellent lunch, excellent service. They deserve it both for the truly delicious dishes, and for the spotlessly clean place and above all for the great courtesy with which we were welcomed and accompanied during this culinary experience. It has added itself as one of my favorite restaurants and I can't wait to go back.
