29/07/2024: Stunning place, out of time. Old school tavern, small and welcoming place where you can chat during a meal without too many problems, even for a working lunch. Encyclopedic owner, a true and competent knowledge of wines, as well as an incredible narrator of his menu. A memorable menu, all delicious, excellent quality mixed with the ability to fully exploit the materials used. During a business lunch we stopped and to say that the bacon and coppa were good would not do them justice. Not to mention the priest's hat cooked at low temperature with vegetable base which I believe will remain in my top 10 dishes forever, a memorable taste and meltability. What can I say UNIQUE!
