03/01/2025: Today, the temple of Friulian cuisine, but also of conviviality and sociability. A restaurant with a solid tradition with an immense cellar, but also a tavern which, especially towards the evening, is populated by noisy and extremely mixed humanity, a sign of the fact that this is a timeless and ageless place. Warning to non-regulars: don't expect a starred restaurant or five-star service, because here we'll get down to business.
13/12/2024: Had dinner on 12/12/24.. Nothing special.. plus they are not organized at all.. Terrible service from the kitchen. The second course of meat was delivered and after 10 minutes the vegetables.. Scandalous... Never again..

12/12/2024: Hi, I went to lunch with old colleagues at your place today, with their wives. The room with our table for 7 people, well prepared, in a beautiful and very welcoming room, with very kind and knowledgeable staff. I found the starter with polenta and sausage hot and very good. My first course of fettuccine and sausage served cold, My second course of Iberian pork ribs, so hard as to make it inedible, just as my wife's second course, of deer cheeks, was hard, dry and inedible, which we sent back. Let it be clear that even in a well-known restaurant like yours it can happen, but hearing one of your waiters ask shortly afterwards if everything was OK, I found it unprofessional, just as I found it unprofessional to present a bill with only the total which did not allow us to understand whether the two seconds (out of seven ordered) were taken into account or not. I repeat that making mistakes is human, only those who don't work don't make mistakes, but expecting at least an apology was the minimum.
05/12/2024: Pasta precotta in maniera indecente, sugo con il pesce insapore. Chiesto al titolare quantità abbondante, arrivato un piatto con non più di 80 gr di pasta, scotta!!! Tempi per il dolce biblici, 20 minuti per tagliare una fetta di panettone. Inaccettabile in ristorante precuocere la pasta, nella mensa dell'ospedale la fanno meglio!!!
