23/08/2025: I went to this restaurant for dinner on August 15th. Unfortunately, the menu was limited because I had my eye on some of the other dishes, but even with the limited menu, I was still satisfied. The mixed grill and potatoes were as good and crispy as I've ever eaten in my life. And let's not forget the dessert. A soft-centered tart with melt-in-your-mouth caramel. Everything was delicious. I'll gladly return to try the à la carte menu.
23/08/2025: We had a great time. Excellent service, managed by very friendly and welcoming staff. We ate gnocco and tigelle with cured meats and various accompaniments, and tosone with pancetta—all very good. The atmosphere was cozy and pleasant, in a very quiet location, surrounded by nature.

From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and the setting was well-kept, ideal for a pleasant evening in company. The service was impeccable, and a special thanks goes to the waiter, a tall, robust gentleman with a beard and moustache: a true professional in the restaurant business. His discreet but attentive presence made our experience even more enjoyable, demonstrating great knowledge of the menu and considerable courtesy. But let's get to the food, which was the real star of the evening. We started with a delicious Rosbif Tonnato, a revisited classic with a perfect balance of flavors. Next, we tried the Galletto al Mattone, cooked to perfection, succulent and full of flavor, and a Spiedone that exceeded all expectations for the quality of the meat and flavor. Each dish was a real treat, prepared with excellent ingredients and presented impeccably. To accompany these exquisite dishes, we opted for an Amarone, and again the choice turned out to be spot on, a truly SUPER wine that enhanced the flavors of the meat. In summary, dinner at Chalet 3.0 Parco was a very pleasant evening where we "ate divinely". I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a high quality culinary experience, with excellent service and an ideal atmosphere to spend special moments.
