18/05/2025: Typical trattoria of the Emilian Apennines, nice atmosphere, good service, excellent tagliatelle with ragù, very good tortellini, the menu seems extensive and they take you to the beginning of the cold cuts offered. The only flaw, I know, is that in these places it is usually missing but when the prices are not exactly popular (two first courses, a side dish, a quarter of wine, water, 1 grappa = 50 euros) the consumer would like to know the prices of the courses, perhaps written on a sheet of paper but the menu is necessary. 02/06/2025: We stopped by one Sunday by chance, looking for fresh air away from the city of Bologna. With such a rustic name we expected traditional cuisine. Instead we found fresh fish to convince the mouth of a Bari native, and recipes composed with simple ingredients but with the same art of a painter. Then Beppe, host and guide, was more than welcoming, so much so that we let time pass, and resumed the journey only at the first golden lights of sunset. The Campiaro barns are there in front and the exhibition of the works of Morandi's students amazed us, but perhaps we understood something important about the spirit of the place (thanks Milena).
