09/02/2025: An absolute top restaurant! Fantastic food with high quality local ingredients. So far, I've always followed the boss's recommendation - and every time it's a direct hit. The quality and creativity of the dishes are outstanding. An insider tip for a long time, but definitely one that deserves to be discovered. Unreserved recommendation!
