27/01/2025: Perhaps the first time we have had a terrible time with the service: as soon as we arrive they can't find the reservation (made by telephone); the girl gets annoyed by practically everything; at 11.30pm they ask us to leave and close the door heavily. We're sorry, because we've always had a good time. Evidently they didn't select the staff well.

02/01/2025: ate well and a very nice place....but I wonder why when I go there are always few people🤷🏻‍♂️

23/02/2025: Poor quality food, a little dirty, ruined tables and chairs, all foreigners next to us, it almost seemed like people hadn't eaten for two days and then stuffed themselves in there.

17/02/2025: The food is disgusting and not good, we didn't eat almost anything because it had no flavor and we threw away almost everything

15/03/2025: Nice place but too many limitations and little choice on food heating by swimsuit and flip-flops not very tasty food The sweet and sour chicken seemed old and heated with the sauce Tasteless tamaki and hosomaki The only one that is saved is sweet bread 😁

11/12/2024: Some dishes are edible (nothing extraordinary), others are not at all. In particular the fish udon, immersed in a sauce that tastes like everything but fish, I'm sorry but I had to throw them away halfway through. Very large portions but that's really the only advantage. Among other things, I understand it's a takeaway, but keeping the windows open in the evening on December 10th is not normal, waiting in the freezing cold (among other things with no one at the counter to welcome you) is not pleasant. Do you lack ventilation in the kitchen? But I would have kept all these thoughts to myself if I hadn't spent almost 1 hour sitting on the toilet with a bad stomach ache. I read another review where a person complained about being sick, and the owners' response was "we don't accept fake reviews". Does this seem like the right way to answer? Shame on you! At the very least we apologize.

02/03/2025: We went last night with a couple of friends, we often went there 4 years ago and it was always an excellent experience not to be compared to yesterday, as soon as we entered there was a strong smell of fried food, our shoes stuck to the floor, the floor was dirty and hadn't been washed for weeks I think, they brought us the 'paper' menu, so you could catch cholera... how dirty it was! Unfortunately I suggested going to the nearby restaurant also run by Chinese people with a friendly little robot that runs around the room and quality food but they were ashamed to get up to change. Arriving at 8.00pm on a Saturday evening with an empty restaurant, one can imagine the reason, there were two couples and a group of friends besides us, the useless waitress never stopped by the tables to understand what we needed but had to constantly call her. Very greasy, greasy and disgusting food, poor quality of food, restaurant to stay away from due to terrible service quality, they have to change jobs, I can't imagine what was in the kitchen but here a good check must be done by whoever is in charge of it! 14/02/2025: Il mio ristorante di fiducia da ormai 20 anni. Ogni venerdì sera prendiamo d'asporto, o almeno 1 volta a settimana, arrivando anche a 3/4volte. Noi amiamo la cucina orientale. Negli anni abbiamo visto cambi gestione, ma siamo sempre rimasti fedeli per la qualità del cibo e per l'ospitalità. Andiamo anche mangiare al ristorante, rimodernato , pulito e confortevole. Quando inizia la bella stagione hanno anche tavoli all'aperto, ma hanno anche il clima all'interno. Fanno d'asporto e anche il delivero. Consigliatissimo.
