I get a soup with a black boiled egg but I say black. I don't pay attention to it. I eat. I taste the soup. Something between a putrid drinking water with the taste of sewer. I understand that there was some problem and I ask for a replacement (I then asked other chefs and I was told that the appearance of the egg depends on the preservation of the soup). The Chinese chef behind gets agitated. I am disrespectful shouting at me from behind, the kitchen is visible. I get up, I pay without having eaten and I leave.
