04/02/2025: I recently went to Sushi atomi Vercelli with high expectations, but unfortunately I was disappointed. The sushi did not live up to expectations: the fish did not seem fresh, the rice was tasteless and the flavor combinations were not well balanced. This ruined the dining experience I was hoping to have.
Furthermore, I felt uncomfortable when some of the staff started talking to each other in their language in front of me. This made me feel unwelcome.
I believe it would be more respectful to communicate in a language that all customers present understandable.
On the other hand, the service was good but poor. The staff were courteous and helpful, but were clearly understaffed, which led to long wait times and limited attention to tables.
In conclusion, while I appreciate the staff's attempt to provide good service, the quality of the food and management of the restaurant needs to be significantly improved. I don't think I will go back and I certainly can't recommend it 100%..

28/12/2024: very good food, but there is a waitress who pesters you all the time, as soon as you enter she doesn't even smile at you, she already looks you up and down, you don't even sit at the table who already tells you do you want to drink or not and brings you away with the glasses, if there's space it's fine if it's full it tells you that you have time available so you have to eat quickly so you make room for the others, fire this zarga, a huge busa to everyone 😘😘😘😘

06/01/2025: They only do takeaway food. The dishes are excellent but the wait is endless, the time is never respected. It's always been like this, in fact it's even gotten worse lately. In my opinion they are poorly organised, by only doing takeaway they should be faster. Lately they've also added sushi which has probably slowed them down further.
07/09/2024: Be very careful about the total bill, very often they make a mistake in excess... anyway they give you a drink as a gift... they don't issue a receipt.

Nice person at the service, but absolutely poor food.
There was no possibility of making variations on the components of the dishes (to have spaghetti without egg, we necessarily had to take soy ones because the egg could not be removed from the rice ones and we don't know why). The only place we found miso soup with crab inside, unsolicited and not reported anywhere. Of course we had it sent back (it wasn't added to the bill).
Very cold environment, we had to ask them to close the door.
Normal times.
We honestly don't understand the nice reviews.
We were just passing through, but we don't recommend it.
