15/01/2025: spesso vengo in questo con una mia amica per bere un bubble tea visto che piace ad entrambe; il 90% delle volte in servizio ci sono sempre due ragazzi. sia io che lei ci siamo rese conto che più volte da quest’ultimi riceviamo sguardi strani, come se ci stessero deridendo e/o giudicando, non è la prima volta che succede. se non fosse stato che avevamo già pagato avremmo lasciato entrambi i the li e ce ne saremmo andati. che chi lavori in un qualsiasi negozio abbia delle opinioni su dei clienti che magari vede spesso è lecito, ma questo non vuol dire che possono ridere apertamente di loro in faccia. sicuramente hanno perso delle clienti abituali, non ci torneremo più. (p.s. molte volte sbagliano pure gli ordini, pure incompetenti).

20/03/2025: English: Unfortunately, after about a year of disappointments, I find myself forced to write this review to express all my frustration. My husband, daughter and I have been regular customers of L'Incanto restaurant, but unfortunately our experience has become unbearable. The friendliness and respect that we have always tried to show have been constantly ignored. Every time we went there, they always treated us as if we were not even there: they ignored us and, on several occasions, they even refused to serve us wine at the table. I remember that at the beginning of their Chinese restaurant business, they begged us to go there, they gave us freebies, free tasting plates, free alcohol, kindness/friendliness was the order of the day. Evidently, now, they have become rich: good for them… However, today, when I went to book a table for next Saturday, the owner refused to accept my reservation, saying that we are no longer welcome. I can't understand what the reason is for this rude treatment. It is really difficult to accept such behavior, which shows a total lack of empathy. Personally, I can only strongly advise against this Chinese restaurant, which has NOTHING "Enchanting". It does not deserve our trust or our presence.

19/03/2025: I feel compelled to leave an extremely negative review after a year of disappointing experiences at the restaurant l'Incanto. We have long noticed a total lack of friendliness and respect towards us, even though we always try to be polite and respectful. Not only do they ignore us when we enter, but they also refuse to serve us wine at the table, without an explanation. Today (19/03/2025), the situation worsened further when my wife tried to book a table for 3 people for next Saturday, on the occasion of Father's Day, and the owner refused to take our reservation, indicating that we are no longer welcome as guests. We wonder what the reason is for this treatment, and whether it is linked to a total lack of empathy on the part of the owner herself. A truly unacceptable situation, which leads me to absolutely not recommend this Chinese restaurant.

18/12/2024: Recently discovered and it was a pleasant surprise 🙂 Clean and welcoming place. Friendly and helpful staff, medium-high prices and super food! Absolutely recommended 🙂

01/09/2024: A hidden pearl in the center of Turin. The managers are very kind and super helpful if you are looking for freshness and authenticity and Chinese as it once was, without too much sushi contamination, this is the place for you. Recommended are the roll, crunchy on the outside and full of fragrant vegetables on the inside, or the ravioli, super good. I will gladly return.

05/03/2025: Update_2025 We returned after some time. Always good, always beautiful, the somewhat aseptic and pressing service is always a sore point. The new sore point is the decidedly increased prices the aesthetics of the place are taken care of, truly beautiful and elegant inside even if anonymous on the outside. tasty and abundant dishes, the guopà is very good but the ravioli made directly by them are also definitely promoted. the prices are adequate compared to the quality offered. the "weak" side is given by the service, perhaps a little too pressing and not very "affable" towards customers, almost cornered so much so that once we had finished ordering we opted to get up and immediately go elsewhere.

06/03/2025: Chinese family restaurant... Chinese or Italian tasting menu for lunch. They make pizza with a wood oven. You eat more than discreetly and there are no subsequent consequences... Price very cheap... Difficult to get along with the staff except for a second generation Chinese boy who speaks very well, does the math, knows what an invoice is... you can come without having great expectations

09/02/2025: Delicious sushi, with numerous choices on the menu including cooked, fried and grilled dishes. I found the coffee creamy and really good. Inside it is very clean, furnished in a modern way. And with a fairly spacious outdoor area. The nearby parking lots are a bit scarce. the staff is very kind

15/03/2025: It was one of my favorite sushis. I changed my mind. 2 times we went, WORST TUNA EVER EATEN. horrible metal taste. And once he points this out to the waitress he begins with: if you don't want it, leave it there. BUT SORRY IN WHAT WAY?!?!?! Dishes with very long waits and terrible service. Reluctantly, we have lost quite a few customers. Now it's no longer worth coming to eat at these sushi shops, you pay a lot and get little.
