14/08/2024: Abbiamo prenotato con il dovuto anticipo, ricevendo regolare conferma scritta dal locale (con raccomanzazioni sulla puntualità), per martedì 13 agosto alle 20:30, cena x 4 persone. Era fra l'altro una cena di compleanno e la prima volta che uscivamo con questi nuovi amici. Siamo arrivati in perfetto orario e....abbiamo trovato il locale CHIUSO!!! Tutte le saracinesche abbassate, nessun cartello nessun avviso. Abbiamo cercato di contattarli telefonicamente, nessuno ha risposto. Ovviamente non avevamo ricevuto alcun avviso o annullamento della prenotazione. Abbiamo dovuto cercare in fretta e furia un altro locale aperto. Credo non ci sia altro da dire. PS: sul loro sito il locale risultava al momento APERTO!!

19/07/2024: Tried it during lunch break, good food, excellent prices, service to be reviewed because it was a bit confusing, some dishes arrived one after the other, others with longer waits not always compatible with the timing of the lunch break. Overall a good experience.

04/06/2024: Nice Chinese restaurant in Cinisello Balsamo (MI)… I recently dined at Chine’s Restaurant, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. As soon as I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The décor is a delightful blend of modern elegance with traditional Chinese touches, creating a perfect ambiance for a relaxing meal. The service at Chine’s is top-notch. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu, which made our dining experience all the more enjoyable. She took the time to explain various dishes and even recommended a few of her favorites. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their guests' dining experiences. Now, let’s talk about the food. The menu at Chine’s Restaurant is extensive, offering a wide variety of authentic Chinese dishes. We started with the dumplings and spring rolls, both of which were absolutely delicious. The dumplings were perfectly cooked with a flavorful filling, and the spring rolls were crispy and fresh. For the main course, we opted for the Kung Pao Chicken and the Mongolian Beef. The Kung Pao Chicken was a delightful mix of tender chicken, crunchy peanuts, and a spicy, savory sauce that had just the right amount of kick. The Mongolian Beef was equally impressive, with thinly sliced beef cooked to perfection in a rich, flavorful sauce.

03/08/2024: My family actually ate here twice today! Delicious food, outstanding service and very reasonable price. We showed up with a large party for lunch less than 1hr before they closed (sorry!) and they were very accommodating and still managed to do a fantastic job and everyone left very happy. Super friendly staff. Highly recommended!

27/08/2024: We went for lunch, very attentive staff, so-so knowledge of the Italian language, on the other hand it is a very Chinese restaurant. The menu is vast but a little vague in the descriptions. The food is excellent, the raw materials are of high quality and you can feel it when you savor the various courses. Generous dishes and no problem for my always problematic digestion. They still have the aquarium with lobsters and lobsters. Very positive experience. Large environment but divided into various spaces in order to avoid the canteen effect and confusion.

24/08/2024: I wondered why this place has so low rating, like how can dumplings be so bad??? And yeah, I should've listened to these reviews. Not worth the visit. Portion is very small and the menu is pricy. Almost no service, the worker was staring at his phone the whole time unless I walked up the the register to ask something. Clearly not authentic Asian food.

14/07/2024: I have never eaten poorer Chinese "food" than this! Huge and raw ravioli, Cantonese rice that didn't taste like Cantonese rice, there was only rice with very little seasoning and even burnt, the same as the soy spaghetti which was also white rather than the usual colour, very salty chicken with almonds. Disgusting! I will never order from them again.

20/08/2024: The sticky rice was delicious, but it was a bit too firm when packed.

12/07/2024: The glutinous rice is the most delicious and cheap at Xinhai's. The portions of glutinous rice and soy milk are very generous. The boss lady's service is very good, but there is no air conditioning in the morning and it makes me too hot, so I deducted one star⭐️.

29/05/2024: Out now, what can I say... Excellent food, old school traditional, difficult to find now given the millions of sushi, fusion and more, kind, professional and beautiful waitresses. I highly recommend

06/08/2024: I'll start by saying that the place is very neglected and dirty, I went to what cannot be called a restaurant at 11.20am to have lunch when I was told that the opening time was 12pm when there is no internet available written that the restaurant opens at 11:00, so I therefore had to wait 40 minutes to order. Leaving this aside, the initial dishes were "decent" of poor quality but at least cooked, the problem came when I was brought a plate of sashimi and some rolls with tuna inside (both were raw): the salmon had stains inside and the tuna inside the rolls was grey. I tasted the salmon and immediately spat it out because it had a rancid taste and when I tried to ask the "restaurateur" for explanations I was threatened and verbally attacked with words like: st... and c... and he shouted at me about 30 times. in my face that the tuna was pink in color (I attach photos) and that I didn't understand a thing....he even destroyed the sushi in front of my eyes and those of the only customer who was in the restaurant at the time to show us the color of the sushi . In the end he accused me of not having money, and when I showed him €50 he once again threatened to leave and physically attack me. I will think about whether to report the incident to the police or to the NAS.

28/03/2024: Rudeness of the staff. I wanted to get a roll, chips and some wine, and they told me I had to "eat"... but what if this was my dinner?

12/03/2024: The best ravioli I've ever eaten! The environment is clean and tidy and I really appreciated the service. I have to say that I left very satisfied with everything I ate. It exceeded my expectations! Cristina, the owner is very kind and, above all, nice!
