02/01/2025: I'll be honest. I've been fishing for 20 years and I think I know about raw fish, especially when it comes to tuna, amberjack and sea bass. It's been a long time since I ate at an à la carte sushi place, but tonight I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant in question, in addition to having a breathtaking location (really perfect plays of lights and furniture) that allows you to fully immerse yourself in a journey to discover typical traditional Japanese food, also has a remarkable menu. Wide choice of starters, first and second courses based on both meat and fish, many types of raw dishes (which include both Japanese cuts such as sashimi but also European cuts such as chevice) and many, many sushi dishes such as nigiri, maki, uramaki etc. We ordered the following things. Appetizers: - mixed raw fish + 1 additional oyster and 1 prawn - 1 amberjack tartare - "fried rice ball with prawn tartare inside" (I don't remember the name) First: - rice with caramelized onion and pork belly - gnocchi with truffle Second: - 3 uramaki (fried pumpkin, truffle and sea bass, tuna) Sweet: - homemade tiramisu (it is not the traditional tiramisu with cocoa but with other Asian "concepts") - lime cheesecake (phenomenal) - 2 types of house sake Bitter - house red fruit liqueur Drinks: - 1 still water - 3 glasses of medium/high range white wine In the end we spent around 70 euros each but it was really worth it. I'm really happy with my choice and will definitely come back! Well done guys!!!! Dex

31/01/2025: We usually ask to eat in the katami (a very nice booth). The staff is very kind. They are very fast... of course: if you go there on a Saturday evening when it's full, a little more patience is needed! On the other hand they are working and we are not!. The food is always delicious. Go ahead like this!

12/01/2025: We book at 9pm, they give us a table at 9.40pm. In the meantime they make us decide which dishes to order while we are waiting at the entrance, standing. Once we sit down, only 5 dishes arrive in an hour. Luckily, even though the kitchen was supposed to close, they allowed us to place a second round of orders. However, no matter how good the food is, the wait is not worth it!

25/12/2024: Good quality all-you-can-eat sushi and the soy sauce is not overly salty like in other places, fair waiting times, advice: book on Saturday evening to risk not finding a seat

01/01/2025: We ordered here via Glovo. The food was exceptionally good, with fresh and tasty dishes that manage to satisfy even the most demanding palates. The quality of the ingredients can be felt in every bite, and the variety of the menu allows you to taste different specialties. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quick but tasty meal, with a touch of courtesy that never hurts. My partner and I would like to thank the staff this evening so much who, despite the delay created by Glovo, left us a note to apologize and a gift. Thanks guys! There were others like you ❤️🌟

26/10/2024: Small place, but wide variety in the choice of ingredients, all of quality. Excellent quality/price. There is a delivery option. A place like this deserves to be known and experienced!

16/02/2025: For an all you can eat restaurant the quality of the fish is really good. Lots of choice of dishes, service not very fast but fortunately they don't work in shifts, so there's no rush to free the table. Highly recommended

01/02/2025: Review: ⭐️☆☆☆☆ Really disappointing experience. We had a reservation for 9.20pm, but were left waiting until 9.50pm, while other people with the same reservation but arriving later were seated before us. No explanation, no excuses, just very bad organisation. They work in overbooking to maximize turnover. In the end, exasperated, we left without even having dinner. If this is their way of treating customers, we certainly won't be returning. Not recommended.

03/02/2025: I would go back, although I didn't like the fact that we have an evening menu with more dishes. I had chosen this place just to eat some meat ramen, but only when I saw the menu did I realize that it wasn't available for lunch and that it was only available in the evening.

25/01/2025: Spring Sushi is a restaurant that really deserves attention! The quality of the sushi is excellent, with very fresh dishes and well-balanced flavours. The service is courteous and the staff is very friendly, making the experience even more pleasant. A great choice for sushi lovers, with a variety of dishes to suit all tastes. Definitely recommended!

16/02/2025: Siamo andati a cena al gohan in memoria della buona qualità degli anni passati. Purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata deludente. Riso duro, appiccicoso e insapore, pesce poco saporito e così anche il fritto. Sabato sera ed il ristorante era per metà vuoto. Non me l’aspettavo. Prossima volta valuteremo sicuramente ristoranti alternativi.
