17/03/2024: Even before bringing my celiac partner, I specifically asked if you had 2 separate kitchens and I was told by one of you that you would cook separately for celiacs. In my case, sorry but it never came out of your mouth that you would not have guaranteed non-contamination. A gluten intolerant person is different from a celiac who can go into anaphylactic shock or, as in the case of my husband, vomit for 2 days and save the rest. I hope at least that in the future you have the foresight not to accept just anyone because diseases like this are difficult to manage. Thank you
