I used their website to avoid Justeat, requested payment on delivery by debit card, and the courier arrived without a POS, 30 minutes late. The food was too greasy: lemon fried chicken was all batter and no chicken at all, the rolls were burnt, the chicken package was opened with oil everywhere, and the Kirin rice was inedible with stale shrimp, giving me a stomach ache.
21/09/2025: We ordered takeout, and it wasn't worth the wait. The egg rolls weren't satisfying, the spaghetti was soaked in oil, and the chicken was nothing special. The ravioli are okay, but we received a tray of them that we hadn't ordered. On the plus side, I had ordered crispy duck, which they initially forgot about, and when we called they asked if I wanted it now or the next day. In the end, we received a refund without ever seeing the duck. I wouldn't recommend it.

03/08/2025: Non sono riuscita a modificare il ritiro con la consegna e quindi non ho potuto usufruire del mio bonus consegna gratuita per nuovi clienti . Inoltre è già la seconda volta che nell ordine mancano le salse, che comunque hanno pagato.

16/10/2023: Cenato nuovamente con tante aspettative visto che ci vado spesso pero quest'ultima volta devo dire qualcosa contro... i ravioli di gamberi non erano molto "freschi" e poi la limitazione del sashimi (che non ci ho mai fatto caso visto che ricordo che potevo averne sempre in abbondanza) in cui si puo prendere una sola volta per persona mi ha davvero sconvolto... sono sempre stato soddisfatto di questo posto ma avere una limitazione sul sashimi mi fa scemare l'entusiasmo...

31/03/2025: Cena ieri sera in 4, ci siamo seduti e abbiamo atteso più di 1 ora per la cena... vedendo passare davanti a noi TUTTI QUELLI CHE PRENDEVANO L ASPORTO 😡😡 sinceramente non mi sembra il modo di gestire un ristorante
11/02/2025: Ho ordinato da asporto un riso alla cantonese e un pollo con SOLO bambù e per la seconda volta non capiscono al telefono e lo sbagliano.
Consiglio di usare le apposite applicazioni per prenotare da asporto per evitare incomprensioni.
