10/03/2025: Negli ultimi 15-20 anni in Italia molti ristoranti cinesi sono diventati ristoranti asiatici in generale o hanno aumentato notevolmente i prezzi, mettendo in discussione il tradizionale pensiero che nei ristoranti cinesi si mangia bene e si spende poco. Ma questo non è il caso del ristorante Shin Shin, che si trova in centro a Forlì e rimane immutato negli anni. Tutto ottimo e abbondante, dal toast di gamberi fritti al riso con gamberi, dai gamberi alla piastra al gelato fritto, il tutto coronato da un buon caffè. Personale cortese e pratico, come è abituale nei ristoranti cinesi. Un locale sicuramente da consigliare a coloro, e sono tanti, che amano la cucina cinese.

16/03/2025: My boyfriend and I came to Hokkaido for lunch for the first time. We are familiar with all the other sushi restaurants in the area, so we were curious to try this one too. The place is very nice, with the possibility of eating both inside and outside on the veranda. Ordering via tablet is also convenient and practical. It's a shame that the nightmare of waiting then began. We waited 50 minutes before receiving the first dish and then the next ones arrived at a rate of two dishes every half hour. Considering it was lunch and not a relaxed dinner, it was really nerve-wracking. As for the food, let's say that we expected better: the dishes are good, but nothing special. The pastas are huge, if you get one you're already full. The sushi on the other hand comes in tiny portions (only 4 pieces), giving the idea that they aim more to fill you up with pasta rather than offer a quality sushi experience. The worst point? We found a hair in the spring rolls. I pointed this out to the (Italian) waitress and she just smiled at me, without even apologizing. Zero professionalism. In summary: beautiful location, but very slow service, unbalanced portions and little attention to detail. Considering the alternatives in the area, we won't be back.

26/01/2025: Uno dei migliori ristoranti asiatici nel quale ho mangiato, sempre affollato sia a pranzo che a cena a diostrazione del fatto che ci sanno fare. I piatti sono preparati con la dovuta cura e particolarità e si può scegliere tra vari tipi di cucina, personalmente io non mi discosto dai piatti tradizionali come riso cantonese, spaghetti di soia e pollo alle mandorle ma ci sono molte varianti sia di cucina cinese che giapponese. Le porzioni sono buone, ed i prezzi assolutamente concorrenziali, se andate a pranzo considerate la vicinanza di molti uffici e la possibilità di trovare un locale affollato con tempi di attesa che potrebbero essere un po' lunghi.

19/03/2025: I returned after a year for lunch and, with great regret, I had the impression of being in the wrong restaurant. I have eaten at Sapory many times (I also include the numerous takeaways), but I fear there will be no other occasions. I can't save anything I tasted, from a simple plate of tasteless and probably reheated Cantonese rice to the pork dumplings that were already lukewarm upon arrival; in any case, we had already reached the lowest point with a portion of tempura chicken so small as to be offensive - it deserved to be sent back, but I preferred to overlook it. So much for the "larger portions" for those who order à la carte! Failed.

22/02/2025: Personale gentilissimo che parla un ottimo italiano. Disponibilissimi alle esigenze alimentari. Locale insomma ... Specialmente il bagno. Menu mediocre, porzioni un po' piccole.

02/02/2025: As a location it is inconvenient for those arriving by car to park. As soon as we enter, one of the very friendly staff welcomes us...the only positive note about this place. We waited 30 minutes plus our reservation. Now the most painful part... the food. Chewy rice, chewy fish and chewy noodles. Tasteless fish on all dishes we ordered.

17/03/2025: Decades pass, but Yiqiang Chinese remains a safe bet, with excellent food quality, fast and precise service, impeccable cleanliness, and an even intimate atmosphere, given the few seats available.
