21/02/2026: Guys, everything was very good, but the waiters didn't understand anything we were saying and many orders didn't arrive.

08/02/2026: While the food was generally acceptable, the menu was extremely poor. The real downside, however, was the service: several dishes we ordered never arrived, despite repeated reminders to the waiters, who didn't seem to understand our language. We waited almost an hour for dishes that were never served, ultimately forcing us to order only dessert and leave still hungry. 16/01/2026: I had lunch at this restaurant with my dad. The food was excellent, the grilled spaghetti was delicious. My favorite dish: shrimp in sweet and sour sauce, delicious. The staff was polite and friendly. A great experience! I'll definitely be back.

10/02/2026: The Chinese food was delicious, with fresh ingredients and clean flavors, not too greasy. We ordered several courses, and everything arrived perfectly cooked, hot, and beautifully presented. The service was fast and the staff were excellent, always ready to check if we needed anything else. The restaurant has a pleasant, quiet, and clean atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing meal. It's a simple place, but more than satisfying if you're craving well-prepared Chinese food. I'll definitely be back.

Considering its four-star rating, one would expect a few more thoughtful touches in the room, such as a welcome kit with a kettle and coffee, which would certainly have elevated the experience. Breakfast is the most deserving of a review: it's decent, but not quite up to the standards typically expected from a hotel of this category. Among its strengths are the gym and convenient garage, services that represent a real added value, especially for those traveling by car. The location is also very convenient: a bus stops right in front of the hotel, providing quick access to the center of Naples. Important note: the property is pet-friendly, a highly appreciated feature for those traveling with their pets. Overall, the quality-price ratio is good and, despite a few details that could be improved, it is a structure that we feel we can recommend.

02/03/2026: I got takeout, I didn't eat Japanese, but ordered Chinese, Cantonese rice was average, rice noodles too, but the second courses were chicken, mushrooms and bamboo and the spicy one was not, the chicken was obviously prepared, tough and added to the seasoning, in the place I didn't see any Japanese or Chinese, but Filipinos...boo. It's expensive!

16/02/2026: A painful experience, mostly due to the service. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by a girl who immediately informed us (it was 8.30pm) that we had to leave at 9.15pm for the second shift (this was not written on any social media or other platform). As soon as it got to around 9pm, she immediately informed us that we had to hurry up for the last order because the room had to be freed up.

02/11/2025: The best sushi box for a quick treat

10/03/2026: Disappointing. I went there with some friends on March 8th and had one of the worst experiences at an all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant. When we arrived, only 5-6 tables were occupied by groups of people (in a room that holds many more), so we decided to place our first orders. Time passed and our stomachs began to rumble, while other customers sat at the tables around us. From that moment on, I don't know what happened. I noticed firsthand that some of the newly occupied tables around us were starting to be served, but it wasn't until an hour after our order that we received some of our dishes, while others would never have reached our table. Even though the waiters rushed between the tables, it wasn't enough to hide the disorganization and difficulty managing a clientele that fits within the restaurant's capacity. While a slowdown is acceptable, I didn't feel like there was a queue between orders (which is why we had time to digest between each service), not to mention the condition of the dishes, which were served cold (absurd for foods like ravioli and sandwiches that should be steamed). In short, the height of disappointment was reached only at the end of the meal, when—resigned to the fact that we wouldn't receive at least half of our orders (some of us literally ate three courses)—we tried to inform the cashier and were given a chilling response: "Next time, order less, it's a holiday." In short, an apology would have been appreciated, but that's not the case here. We will never set foot in this place again. I don't recommend it.

14/02/2026: I strongly advise against the food, terrible hygiene, and the service is non-existent. When I went to the cashier to report this, I was told that these situations can arise on these occasions. However, in my opinion, a visit from a suitable body for checks would do them good, especially if they handle fish food.
