13/03/2026: I've often ordered poke from Zen, and every time there was always some ingredient wrong. I even paid €1 more for cashews, but they never included them. I've never complained because I eat a bit of everything, but tonight they really outdid themselves. Besides having gotten an ingredient wrong for the umpteenth time in the poke, I also ordered a "salmon avocado Philadelphia" bao for €6.50, and this was what I got (see photo). I politely called to let them know, and to be a little more careful next time. The lady on the phone's excuse was that there's a lot of work and a lot of confusion, an acceptable excuse for an incorrect ingredient, but guys, even wrapping an empty bao takes a lot!! This is rudeness, not carelessness! And don't even try to blame Glovo/Deliveroo, because I've read your responses to the reviews and they're all the same. It's your fault alone, and you have to take responsibility when you own a business!

06/03/2026: Chinese and Japanese takeout, reasonably quick, reasonably priced. I recommend booking in advance.

14/02/2026: The experience was nice, but after a while the waiters stopped paying attention to us despite the constant calls. We also found a hair in the rice.

03/12/2025: THE FOOD IS GOOD, ALTHOUGH THERE ARE SOMETIMES SOME RESTRICTIONS, SUCH AS WITH SASHIMI, WHICH YOU CAN ORDER ONLY 2 PORTIONS PER PERSON (8 PIECES IN TOTAL). AS FOR THE SERVICE, IT'S NOT THE BEST; YOU HAVE TO REPEAT THINGS MORE THAN ONCE BECAUSE THE WAITER DOESN'T SPEAK ITALIAN WELL AND SOMETIMES FORGETS TO BRING THINGS LIKE SAUCES. THE ATMOSPHERE IS WELCOMING AND PROPERLY AIR-CONDITIONED, ALTHOUGH THERE IS A SLIGHTLY STRONG FISHY SMELL, WHICH IS NOT NORMAL IN A RESTAURANT WHERE THE FISH IS HANDLED RAW; BEING BLASTED, IT SHOULD BE ODORLESS. AS FOR THE PRICES, THEY SEEM FAIR FOR WHAT IS OFFERED AND IT IS MUCH MORE ACCESSIBLE TO THE MAJORITY OF CUSTOMERS.

08/03/2026: They're very slow, I gave up on many dishes, the waiters don't understand Italian and bring the wrong dishes, they don't use tablets, a much more functional system. The fried food had a bad smell, perhaps old oil. The waiter touches his loose hair and carries the dishes. Very dirty.

29/12/2025: I place an order for €33, and the food arrives. Wrong order, they brought me two random nigiri (I'd only ordered one) without chopsticks and no soy sauce. But if I order sushi, I'll want soy sauce and chopsticks. That seems normal, right? I call the restaurant and the girl tells me, "If someone wants soy sauce, they have to order it with chopsticks." They're obviously afraid of giving away an extra one. They ruined my evening.

07/12/2025: Update: We've been back, and this time I've noticed some nice improvements. The waitresses are friendly. Plus, the uramaki now come in sets of four, which is nice because you can try more. The mango gunkan with seared salmon are also delicious. And finally, you can now order the rabbit bread with condensed milk at Hana too. I'll be back.

08/01/2026: I really like Hosuto, Sonia, and their family-run restaurant. They're always kind and the food is really excellent. I order at least once a week and sometimes I come to eat there. Super kind, super fast, and the kitchen serves fresh food. Thank you so much ☺️🙏🏻❤️

29/03/2026: I've been going there for a few years now, and I've had to put up with poor service throughout. But last night, March 28, 2026, they hit rock bottom. The Chinese staff is always friendly, but one waiter not only turned his head away when bringing the dishes, but literally threw them. I don't expect cuddles or smiles like we were friends, but at least respect for a paying customer. Obviously, I won't go there again because it really lacks the basics for a place where you spend time eating with friends or family.

30/03/2026: We were there on Palm Sunday, and I can say the food was excellent. The service was quite fast, in my opinion. The desserts were sublime. We'll be back.

07/02/2026: My favorite place when I'm in the area, a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. The waiter was excellent. The fish is delicious, and the pizza (which I had on the second night) is also excellent. See you next time.

12/04/2026: A good place for a family lunch on the weekend. The service is good, the place is clean, and the waiters are friendly and fast. However, the bathroom issues are a minor inconvenience.

05/10/2025: I've been coming here for years, and it's now my go-to for this type of food and dishes, and I've tried the entire menu, so I highly recommend it. Kudos to the entire staff; you're my favorites in the area! Favorite meal: white rice + chicken with potatoes. It's very filling, super tasty, and very affordable. I sometimes pair it with spring rolls, too. I recommend trying everything slowly, because their menu is truly amazing and they only offer excellent dishes.

17/02/2026: For both small and large appetites for sushi, this is the perfect place. Friendly service, a cozy atmosphere, the food arrives quickly and is beautifully presented, and the price is reasonable. Definitely a great tip for a pleasant get-together.
