07/09/2025: I recommend this Chinese restaurant to everyone. Perhaps not everyone knows that this restaurant will be celebrating its 50th anniversary in a few years, when the Bravetta neighborhood was just fields and hills. Throughout all this time, I've always felt at home at this restaurant, and the food has always been excellent. In addition to the excellent food, I've always found the staff to be courteous and kind. Thanks to Roberto and all the staff.

04/09/2025: Excellent food, all fresh and very hot, something we no longer find in Chinese restaurants lately. We only ate Chinese all-you-can-eat, there were three of us, the guys at the cashier saw that we had eaten little for the type of food chosen and offered us the à la carte menu which obviously meant we paid a good amount less, which surprised us quite a bit.

26/07/2025: Without a doubt, one of the best all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants I've tried. The fish is always fresh, the menu is constantly updated, and there's plenty of room for experimentation. The strawberry sushi is excellent. The staff is friendly, quick, and courteous! I recommend booking in advance; there are both indoor and outdoor tables.

13/09/2025: I strongly advise against this place. I felt ill immediately during my meal and had to leave the room. The most shocking thing was the staff's complete lack of professionalism and sensitivity: they downplayed the incident and, when I simply wanted to leave for peace, they continued to detain me with their excuses. This isn't just a negative review, but a warning about a service that doesn't respect the needs and wishes of its customers. There are lines that should never be crossed, and their behavior crossed them all.

02/09/2025: I always order takeout; the service is fast and accurate, as well as very convenient via WhatsApp. Overall, the quality and price are excellent, although obviously there are ups and downs, as with all AYCE restaurants.

11/07/2025: I ordered takeout, and when my partner went to pick it up, everything was ready right on time, and they very kindly even gave us a complimentary Coke. The dinner was absolutely fantastic, delicious food, and super friendly staff! Highly recommended! 😊

02/11/2025: I ate at this restaurant on a Saturday evening. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't particularly positive. I'll start by saying that the welcome wasn't the best; we were greeted reluctantly, and it wasn't very friendly. They seated us at a table for four, even though there were only two of us, so from that perspective, it was a good thing, as we would have had more room for all the dishes. It's a shame about the already dirty tablecloth. We looked around for a moment and the first thing that caught our eye was the fish counter, right in front of us. It wasn't exactly spotless, as were the glass partitions separating the tables, the high windows, the tablecloth, and the rather worn tablet. We choose our first courses (since the €36 all-you-can-eat plan allows you to order three dishes each every 10 minutes), but unfortunately the tempura shrimp nigiri arrives cold, fried in used oil. For the second course, we order curry shrimp and peppers, but a shrimp and potato curry dish arrives (the shrimp didn't taste like shrimp, not only in this dish). Then we try marinated salmon, which is quite good, and chicken gyoza, too. We continue with octopus nigiri with really tough fish, seared tuna and mango nigiri, which is not bad, and finally (also because we weren't enjoying it much and our hunger had subsided) we order cooked tuna hossomaki, which I can consider "normal" but very, very stringy. I was very disappointed with this experience. We'd heard really good things about this place, and we were very curious to try it. Finally, when it came time to get the bill, we were given a receipt with the wrong date and time (I'm attaching a photo of the receipt and a photo of the time and date on my phone when we made the payment). I don't know if I'd go back, but it's definitely not worth the money. I think other all-you-can-eat restaurants are better, and even cheaper if you prefer.

01/10/2025: It's one of the few Chinese restaurants left in Florence. The food is good, the atmosphere is definitely new and well-maintained, and the service is good, although sometimes it's a bit difficult to understand some of the waiters... but they're very fast and helpful. I would definitely recommend it. I noticed that the experience from Friday to Sunday was better, culinary-wise.

08/06/2025: I am sorry to have to write this review, especially because Toyo Sushi has always been a point of reference for me, a place I can count on. I have been going there since it opened and for this reason I waited before expressing a judgment. Unfortunately, the last 3-4 times the experience has been disappointing from every point of view. The quality of the food has dropped incomprehensibly. The tuna, in particular, has become practically inedible. The dishes now all seem pre-packaged, lacking freshness and attention. The service has gotten drastically worse: dishes served one on top of the other, with the food in contact between the courses, a truly sloppy presentation. Furthermore, the excessive use of sauces seems more like an attempt to mask the poor quality of the fish than a real touch of taste. I am writing this review with great disappointment and only after having given the place more than one chance. Unfortunately, I will not be returning

09/10/2025: DAO is a restaurant that clearly strives for elegance and refinement, both in its ambiance and in the presentation of its dishes. The quality of the ingredients is good, and the plating is meticulously crafted. However, the overall experience felt a bit forced. The dishes didn't arrive in the requested order, and the staff's excessive attention made it difficult to enjoy the meal in peace: you barely had time to finish a bite before someone was ready to clear your plate. Furthermore, in less than two minutes, three different people asked us if we'd like dessert—an attentiveness that went from thoughtful to almost intrusive. Overall, a place with potential and a lovely atmosphere, but one that would greatly benefit from more relaxed and harmonious service. Sometimes, true elegance lies in giving customers the right amount of space. 🍽️

28/09/2025: A pleasant discovery! In the heart of the Italia neighborhood, we stumbled upon this Chinese restaurant by chance. It offers excellent service at prices consistent with both the area and the restaurant. Everything is very well-kept and clean! The steamed fish dumplings are delicious; I recommend them!
