02/04/2025: I have been going to the place for years and I can say that the food is really convenient in terms of price, and the latter is also well seasoned and tasty. However, I feel like criticizing the service, the waiters are distracted, do not pay attention to communication and seem tense and agitated, obviously leaving a bad impression on the customer, even the owner appears to be quite nervous, especially during peak hours. For the rest it's okay but communication is important in catering.

Unfortunately, being new and very good, there are also queues! during peak hours you may have to wait 10 to 15 minutes but everything is acceptable!! the waiter staff is very quick and friendly. unfortunately during the busy hour I happened to ask 5/6 times if I could have a drink, I was told it would arrive immediately and then never arrive again, but all this is tolerable given that they are always full 😊. the only point against me are the chopsticks: I much prefer the wooden ones, the plastic makes my fish slip ^.^ update. after the boom it had a horrible decline

28/03/2025: There were two of us and we were later joined by three other people. Ultra slow service we paid €25 each so as not to have a two course lunch and think that we had taken the ☕️ we were about to leave when they brought us the sweet bread. From what I tasted it seems good but in terms of going back I don't think so.

02/04/2025: Stop in Bologna for work reasons. Browsing the internet with the aim of finding ideas on what and above all where to eat at dinner time, I stumbled upon the Osaka restaurant. I follow the advice of other users and go. Small but really nice place, welcoming and very clean. Very nice staff, friendly and very helpful. The sushi was excellent and the service was super fast but the dish that I preferred and I would have gladly had an encore and maybe even a trio was a very good cup of ramen with a delicious broth with a truly extraordinary homemade pasta made by them (so they told me) anyway guys such a good ramen never eaten in other restaurants I highly recommend it. There is also a wide choice of desserts and not the usual desserts such as fried ice cream. The next stop in Bologna will be a fixed stop. I highly recommend it.

I've been going there for years and only a few rare times when there were a lot of people I had to wait longer than necessary for the food. I particularly love dishes with duck and beef. Tagliatelle with seafood and mixed appetizers. They make a plate with several appetizers together. For dessert, however, I prefer fried ice cream which seems delicious to me. My wife, who is vegetarian, often asks for Ramen Soup, and accompanies it with tea. The management seems familiar, kindness is one of the strong points of this restaurant. I find it a suitable place for group dinners but also for families and couples. There are many tables for two people, for 6 and I have also seen groups of 12 people in the room located near the kitchen. But I like to go with my wife

07/04/2025: The place is very nice and clean where you can organize sushi and aperitifs of all kinds with friends. I recommend it because it deserves to be visited in a quiet environment with a new menu to taste. I have done it and it is all good, also suitable for children, ample space for them to play, located all on one floor to accommodate even those in a pram. 😋 😉👍

15/03/2025: Based on the reviews we trusted and booked this place... terrible experience... the waiters are completely indifferent, the most empathetic is the robot that brings the dishes and collects the dirty ones. Very slow service, we had to wait a long time to get some dishes. The tuna was poorly cut, tough and didn't taste good. The only things that were saved were the hot dishes, tempura and Chinese dishes. Sushi not received! In the end, around 11pm we realized that where they prepared the sushi they were already cleaning up and they didn't bring us two things we had ordered. It seems absurd to me that in an all you can eat they don't notify you when the service is closed... Given the slowness it becomes difficult to be able to order what you would like to taste. Rejected!

27/02/2025: Reading the reviews ok. But the color of the tuna was not inviting, the flavor was nothing like that of the salmon, not to mention the mussels, I vomited them onto my plate. I hope it was a bad evening and maybe the quality will be better over the weekend.
