30/11/2025: I won't order here again. I didn't like the food. The ravioli were thick, huge, and tasteless. The Cantonese rice was ordinary. The food also arrived half an hour early, so I had to reheat everything while waiting for my guests, who also didn't like the food. I personally couldn't digest anything.

13/12/2025: I went from Okinawa to Rimini for an all-you-can-eat experience, and I must say it was a truly pleasant surprise. The atmosphere is refined, welcoming, and relaxing, perfect for both a quiet dinner and an evening with friends. The sushi is fresh, beautifully presented, and carefully prepared: you can taste the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail. The nigiri are excellent, very balanced, and the rolls are also truly delicious, never heavy or cloying. I also appreciated the variety of the menu, which allows you to try so many different things without ever getting bored. The service is fast and friendly, with staff always available and smiling, something not always a given at all-you-can-eat restaurants. The dishes arrive promptly and well-organized. A place you'll gladly return to, especially for those who love well-made sushi without sacrificing the all-you-can-eat experience. Highly recommended!

23/11/2025: The place is very cute, with sparse but thoughtful decor. The ramen/noodles menu is comprehensive and extensive, with various appetizers and desserts (a wide selection of beers). The product sales are limited to one shelf as soon as you enter. The staff is very friendly, and the girl taking orders speaks perfect Italian and explains the dishes perfectly. The ramen and noodles are well-prepared, but the broth is less flavorful than those I've had at other ramen houses (it lacks the kick of some spices). Overall, a good rating. I'll be back to try other dishes and give it a fifth star. Recommended!

30/11/2025: Absolutely outstanding! We visited Nishiku Trieste yesterday and were blown away on every level — food quality, service, design, cleanliness, staff… everything was just perfect. We were four people, tried around 30 different dishes, had drinks, and the total was about 100€. Every dish arrived fast, hot, fresh, and unbelievably tasty. The tablet-ordering system is genius — you set your own pace and the service follows instantly. Location is a bit outside the center, which is actually great because parking is always available nearby (even by the cemetery, just a few minutes’ walk). Honestly, the best all-you-can-eat sushi experience we’ve ever had. Huge recommendation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

20/08/2025: Good food, fair prices, good selection, you order everything via tablet at the table, at first I was surprised, but then I found myself very well, it would have been better if they gave me a little explanation before letting me sit down, overall good, I will definitely be back.

07/08/2025: From personal experience, having tried them all over Italy, I can say that the sushi is excellent. It's a shame about the three-portion limit for sashimi, but never mind, the sashimi was excellent too. It almost felt like I was at an à la carte restaurant. I recommend it!

28/11/2025: I'm surprised this place has the rating of 4.2 - i must admit i was a little nervous since we normally frequent a great sushi place at home... however, this was a par with awesome quality of food, the all you can it was absolutely fantastic
