11/05/2025: Small corner of paradise near the Polytechnic, an oasis of peace for stressed students. Despite the long queue characteristic of lunch time, the wait isn't long. The service is very kind and the smile never fails! Price absolutely in accordance with the economic possibilities of a penniless student. 10/09/2025: Upon entering, you immediately notice a large, spectacular fish display. The restaurant is large and has plenty of tables. Lunch on weekdays is very popular, but reservations aren't required. The menu is quite extensive and varied, even at lunchtime, and you can order dishes directly from your tablet or, if there are several people at the same table, using a QR code on your smartphone. The service is quick and courteous. Occasionally, a dish may be forgotten, but if you point it out right away, they're always quick to fix it. Personal highlights: the ravioli are excellent, made with a very thin sheet of pasta that makes them light and incredibly tasty. The nigiri are made with just the right amount of rice. All the accompanying sauces are excellent.

02/09/2025: We were there for the first time and I must say that the restaurant is very nice, the service is fast and the food is good, the prices are normal and the thing that amazed me is that when a table gets up and they take the tablet for the orders, the waiter immediately takes it to the table to clean it before giving it back to another table. Well done.

28/10/2025: The service was fantastic, with attentive, smiling, and friendly staff, but above all, very fast (very fast, in fact!). There's an area with sofas and another with chairs, and the lights aren't bright so they're not distracting. They also have excellent taste in music; both our table and the table next to us enjoyed the playlist. They even left us fortune cookies when we left! The only downside was that the food was bland; I'm not sure if that's normal since we don't usually eat sushi, but the three of us agreed that the dishes lacked salt. Other than that, it was a great experience!

22/09/2025: I was surprised by the quality of the Italian dishes. I ordered the fixed menu for 22 euros. Even in the evening. I had crostini with buffalo mozzarella, spaghetti with seafood, and baked potatoes.

03/11/2025: After years of coming here to eat, I can confirm that it's a go-to place for me and my family. The staff is ALWAYS welcoming, helpful, and above all, smiling. I've never had any problems with the food, and since they've changed the menu, it's even better: a wide selection of dishes and excellent quality. The service has also always been generally fast. The place looks great, especially after the renovations. And the same goes for the owners, always friendly and with a big smile on their faces. What can I say? Among the various similar places in the area, we'll definitely continue to choose you 🙏🏼☺️

17/10/2025: I returned to Sushi Fiore (now called RAN) after three years and I can say it's completely changed, and for the better! The food quality has significantly improved, and they now offer dishes you don't usually find at an AYCE restaurant, like roast duck, orange duck, or crispy rice with vegetables—all truly delicious!

05/08/2025: This is our second time here in a month. Both times, we went for lunch and had the all-you-can-eat menu for €13.90. The girl under 1.20 meters paid half price. All the dishes were very interesting, and above all, there were no order limits. Simple but light uramaki, with a small amount of rice (though well-cooked, high-quality, and light), allowing you to appreciate the fish inside. Crispy tempura, delicious sashimi, and Thai dishes worth trying (the shrimp curry was fabulous). Ordering is easy with the tablet provided. There's a wide selection of beers and drinks at affordable prices. The coffee is also excellent and only €1.10. The manager even gave us fortune cookies at the end, along with a small gift for the girl. Top value and excellent service. It was and remains the best sushi in Ferrara. We'll be back soon 😊

02/08/2025: We arrived for lunch and asked for the dinner menu but it was the poorest dinner menu we have ever seen and it was all salty... the wine arrived without glasses😄... I absolutely do not recommend it
