13/09/2025: We arrived at this pizzeria by chance while waiting to check into our Airbnb. The welcome was already very warm, the prices are very low, and the products are very good. Try the local wine, the homemade lemoncello... If you're really playful, ask for the extra spicy sauce for the pizza, and discover the fire of Vesuvius... I only have one regret, I didn't have enough room left to try the tiramisu. Go there with your eyes closed.

21/10/2025: We loved our stay at Hotel Open Gate! We did 5 nights in October, the weather was beautiful as was the view! The staff was also incredibly helpful and kind. We had breakfast there every morning, and dinner twice, the food was great. Being able after a long day to have a dinner right at the hotel was a relief. But also very easy to access other major parts of the coast via the SITA bus (if you have big luggage they do have storage on the outside of the bus, opposite to the entrance), as well as walk to other places in Praiano. Hoping we can come back someday!

09/10/2025: I just finished dinner at this little restaurant, which I think should be included on the UNESCO list because it captures the true essence of the Amalfi Coast. Excellent service, all supervised and supervised by the owners. Excellent cuisine, highly recommended. The seafood scialatielli are truly unique, handmade by the local, native chef. Well done, and best of luck! Thank you for the wonderful experience you gave me.

28/09/2025: My mother and I were guests today at this osteria in the heart of Sant'Egidio Mont'Albino. My review will, I think, be brief, as everything was incredibly excellent, from the welcome to the bill, and, no less importantly, the quality of the dishes and their preparation. We were able to dine at a table near the open kitchen, where we appreciated, among other things, the cleanliness of the kitchen and its excellent organization. As for the food, with a seasonal and carefully considered menu, we found the quality of the preparations surpassed only by the raw ingredients. The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff were unparalleled. The bill was in line with the quality of the restaurant.

26/09/2025: I celebrated my birthday with our children, daughter-in-law, and son-in-law. It was a wonderful evening. They brought me a surprise cake with a candle. Everyone was very attentive to the service, the food was excellent, and the plates were all returned empty. As always, they pampered us.

27/09/2025: We decided to celebrate our wedding at this location. We were supported from the very beginning through every stage of the organization, finding professionalism, expertise, and extreme availability. The reception exceeded expectations in terms of the quality and variety of food. The location for the initial buffet in the garden and the cake cutting by the pool were stunning, and to top it all off, every detail was taken care of thanks to Maria, Carla, and Anna.

24/09/2025: The evening was simply magnificent! 🥩 The steak and meat with mushrooms were incredibly delicious, juicy, and cooked to perfection. The service deserves special praise: the staff were not only professional but also exceptionally friendly and attentive. It truly felt like you were being cared for from the very first moment until the very end. ✨ Magnifico!! Grazie mille!!!

14/09/2025: We had lunch today at this refined, high-quality agriturismo, and were pleasantly surprised. Everything was excellent, from the food to the friendly, courteous staff. We will definitely be back for dinner, this time to try their pizza.

19/07/2025: Only one word to describe this experience...horrible. There were 11 of us, served 2-3 times at a time, terrible food. The wine was very warm, we asked for ice, which was brought after 30 minutes. Not only did our table complain, other tables decided to leave. Anyway, the appetizer lasted an hour and a half, my wife was served after an hour and 20 minutes, the waiters were inexperienced, I'm not going to comment on them but on the incompetent manager, I complained to him, he was sorry... but he didn't do anything more than that. We paid a bill of 490.00 euros. We also paid for the liqueurs... it's not for the 5-6 euros per liqueur, at least for all the unpleasant things that happened shouldn't have been counted. I forgot p.s. Let's not talk about the meat. I think I paid 80 euros per kilo Irish, if I'm not mistaken. It arrived raw, not rare. We asked for a griddle... and one arrived for three steaks... imagine that. Anyway, change your itinerary... this place should be closed due to the service, the food, the cistus, and the unprofessional behavior. Best regards, Marco Russo

06/07/2025: Sono stata per la prima volta in question locale, per una piacevolissima serata di fine giugno. Antipasto con crocchè, frittatina di pasta e montanarina, scazzuoppoli con sughetto fresco, assaggio di pizze di vari gusti. Servizio ai tavoli veloce, personale gentile e professionale. Prezzo giusto e conveniente per la qualità eccellente dei prodotti. Ritornero certamente, anche per assaggiare altre pietanze. Consigliatissimo. 5 stelle meritate!!!

24/10/2025: Kudos to the place, and to the very meticulous lady, whom I complimented. The zeppola, in all its flavors, is a must-try.

30/09/2025: We didn't actually dine here, but came every morning to get coffee, and then again to have a few drinks after our days of sightseeing. They were very good at understanding and making our coffee order in the morningswhich was great. The bar service at the end of the day was very slow. The servers were very friendly and hospitable, but it would take a long time to get drinks. One afternoon, there were 2 people drinking when we arrived. 5 staff were on. There were 6 of us, and it took over 10 minutes to get a round of drinks. Not a first world problem, but in the circumstances, very slow.

17/08/2025: Good pizza, we also had a croquette, I didn't like it, and then, in my opinion, 3 euros for a croquette was too expensive.

30/07/2025: Found by accident but great local atmosphere, good food and service, I recommend it, when I come back to Amalfi we will be back

06/09/2025: It's a home-style trattoria and I highly recommend it for this business line. It's family-run, the staff are helpful, and the dishes are good and substantial.

01/09/2025: Superb pizza, struggled a little as we don't speak any Italian. But we were served an excellent massive pizza that was superb.
