27/08/2024: Lovely place and lovely nonna! A traditional italian grandmother who came and spoke to her customers. The tiramisu was the nicest we have ever tasted, so light and delicious which she insisted for us to try for free. Thank you!!
27/08/2024: Loved our trip to Cumpa Cosimo! The best bruschetta we've ate in all of Italy. Loved the Buffalo Cheese w/ Tomatoes. Best Spinach Ravioli we've tasted as well. The Tiramisu was on spot. We're vegetarians and loved it! The table next to us said they also had the best Bolognese Spaghetti (I can't comment on it), but they tipped the restaurant very well too. Also loved the Grandma serving the food.

28/07/2024: We had dinner last night at this beautiful place. Everything perfect, superlative dishes, impeccable staff. Kindness and at the same time friendliness of the staff. Highly recommended
21/07/2024: Very expensive meal with very poor service and the food was just ok. We were seated behind the server’s station and they argued and talked next to us which is not what you might expect at a Michelin starred restaurant.
Honestly not worth the money - just go to the garden earlier in the day for the breathtaking views.

28/07/2024: Assolutamente consigliato. Personale accogliente, gentile e preparato. Cibo ottimo. Da provare i ravioli al limone e la tagliatella al tartufo. Location rilassante anche grazie alla musica di sottofondo. Prezzi nella media dei ristoranti di Ravello. Promossi a pieni voti

27/07/2024: Good food, nice place to unwind. The staff is definitely not attentive and none are in Italy for some reason. We ordered food to eat at the restaurant and ordered food to go. We waited for the food to go but no one updated us on it. Turns out the food to go was inside waiting on us. But it’s like you have to be a mind reader or something.
Ravello is not happy with tourists

The entre cote was not seasoned, the frito misto was carelessly prepared; The bill was quite steep for that!!!! Well, we were just tourists!!

03/07/2024: Very good house white and rose. The insalata leggera(salad topped by chunks of tuna) hit the lunch spot! Also got the coupo napolitano which is a fried mix of little bites served with fries. Overall a great lunch break with a fantastic view. Bonus.. Reasonable prices.
03/07/2024: Great location across the Duomo. Stopped for a quick holdover bite before a wedding. Had a tuna salad. Veggies were fresh, tuna was canned but good. Also, the coupo mixed dish with house french fries and mini arancinis were good.House Rose and White were good. Price reasonable. Service good. Bathroom available.

30/07/2024: I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews about this restaurant. My family and I have been coming every summer to Ravello and eating at high end restaurants for dinner and quick eats for lunch.
From the variety of restaurants in the village itself, this is my kids and my favorite lunch spot. The food price and prorations are average for the area, however the food here taste so much better.
Honestly, I think the center restaurants are just serving microwaveable food, whereas La Cucina Di Sofi is family run and the cooking is made in the kitchen. I love the family vibe and walking away feeling good that we have somehow contributed to the local businesses.
3 course meal for me and my two boys came out to be €90 (very reasonable)

20/07/2024: Bar turistico tenuto malissimo! In centro piazzetta abbiamo consumato un drink e sono andato in bagno… sporchissimo con scarico rotto e sporcizia ovunque !
14/07/2024: I recently visited this shop and had a very disappointing experience. I bought two ice creams on cones for 5 euros each, totaling 10 euros. While a bit expensive, I accepted it since it's a tourist spot.
However, when I decided to change one cone to a chocolate-coated one, the cashier asked for an additional 3 euros. I questioned the extra cost, considering the original ice cream with cone was only 5 euros. The cashier claimed that the ice cream would be bigger.
To my surprise, when I received the ice cream, it was not any bigger at all. This was totally dishonest and felt like a scam. Businesses like this are ruining the reputation of southern Italy, which already faces some negative stereotypes. I would advise others to be cautious and avoid getting ripped off here.

22/07/2024: Lugar sensacional no hotel belmond em ravello, patio externo com uma vista linda, so tem menu degustação, os pratos sao otimos, achamos o atendimento bi polar, um nos atendeu muito bem e o outro era bem arrogante, estavamos com adolescentes e nos trouxeram menu kids para escolher 2 pratos
22/07/2024: Cibo senza gusto, un insieme di cose scollegate e annacquate. Il primo piatto (pasta com pesce) e il secondo erano senza sapore. L'antipasto (carpaccio di ricciola marinato con agrumi) era pungente e aspro. Devo dire che l'entrée era veramente un insieme di sapori e profumi particolari (l'ostrica con le erbe da ripetere 10 volte), stessa cosa il sorbetto al limone con basilico. Il dolce ricotta e pere era un pochino stucchevole (io amo i dolci). Il tutto accompagnato da due calici di vino e 2 bottiglie di acqua è costato circa 400 euro, che sono stati come buttati . Serata deludente che è stata la peggiore cosa che abbiamo trovato a Ravello.

14/05/2024: This is a lovely restaurant offering a varied menu in a fabulous setting. We had scorpion fish with pasta. It was delicious! We also had a bottle of local wine from Ravello which complimented the meal perfectly. Service was amazing. All in all a fabulous dining experience

04/05/2024: We ordered a chicken sandwich which was like something a five year old child would produce. Dry, hard chicken slapped between some ‘local bread’ with a bit of iceberg lettuce. The drinks were ok.
While waiting in line for the toilet I witnessed firsthand how they cook their pasta. Microwaveable ready made meals strewn everywhere.
