15/11/2023: Reserved a table via the restaurant's website (using the Quandoo reservation service). I received confirmation of the reservation. It did state that if I did not show up without cancellation at least 24 hours in advance, an amount of €48 would be charged. Received a reminder email the day before the booking with a request for confirmation. Confirmed of course.
To the restaurant tonight: closed! Can I now charge Quandoo or the restaurant €48 for a ruined birthday surprise for my wife?

Thanks for the response. I rate Google as less reliable than reports on your own website. We have experienced that several times.
Unfortunately, the days we still have here are already fully planned. I have adjusted the rating slightly.

15/08/2024: Lovely, authentic Italian food. Their pasta puttanesca was the best pasta I ever had. Their seafood was fresh and perfectly cooked. This is a must-go if you’re in the area!

15/10/2024: Situado dentro de un hotel del mismo nombre, este es un restaurante muy agradable y amable. Los comedores tienen hermosas vistas desde la ladera sobre el mar y las mesas se colocan entre naranjos, limoneros y laurel, lo que hace de este un lugar encantador para sentarse y cenar. El servicio era muy eficiente y la comida era realmente muy buena.
A esto se sumó el hecho de que el restaurante proporcionó un servicio de coche que nos recogió en un momento señalado para nuestra reserva de nuestro alojamiento, llevado al restaurante y luego nos llevó de vuelta después de la cena, que era un gran servicio, ya que habría sido un poco demasiado lejos para caminar allí. Así que en general tuvimos una cena espléndida y una velada muy agradable.

11/12/2024: It's hard to say that the food is delicious...
The chef keeps making broth in the kitchen, but I can't say the food is delicious. It's average. Instead, the servers are very friendly and don't discriminate against race.
10/12/2024: This is my first restaurant in Italy and it has been an amazing experience. The hospitality of the hosts is unbelievable. The food is delicious, you have to try the calf cheek. It was raining and they even take us to the hostel. I'd definitely try it as many times as I can.

04/08/2024: Zeer lekker eten en goede bediening. De uitbaters zijn vriendelijk en informatief. Duidelijk in de weer voor hun cliënten.
Het eten was lekker en de locatie is best ok. Je hebt uitzicht op zee. Enig minpuntje is de drukke weg vlak aan het terras maar daar mag je de eigenaar niet op afrekenen.
Er is nu eenmaal weinig plek op de Amalfikustlijn, alles is compact gebouwd langsheen de weinige wegen. 80 procent van de zaken aan de kust zit je langs een weg.
Je kan even verderop parkeren aan een kerkje.
03/07/2024: Esperienza incredibile, ci siamo stati ieri e abbiamo trovato un posto super accogliente, uno chef giovane e preparato e del personale qualificato e cordiale. Abbiamo ordinato del pesce fresco e di qualità preparato in modo eccezionale, piatti bilanciati senza mai perdere il sapore del pescato.
Dolce conclusivo SPAZIALE!
Rapporto qualità-prezzo fenomenale.

24/08/2024: Had the pleasure of staying at S. Alfonso for an entire week while on a group tour of the Amalfi Coast. The place offers peaceful and scenic views from up above the coast, which are a dream to wake up to and close each day with. Each night Makayla and family prepared the group 3-4 course meals typically being sourced straight from their gardens. The staff was on hand to service us at all hours and made sure we were very well taken care of. If you’re heading to the Amalfi Coast and looking for a place to unpack for the week and be away from but not far from the busy areas please consider S. Alfonso Agriturismo.
17/08/2024: Ho cenato qui di recente con la mia famiglia e una coppia di amici, e l'esperienza è stata pessima. Questo locale si presenta come un agriturismo, ma l'unico segno di autenticità sono le galline all'ingresso. Il resto è lontano anni luce da ciò che ci si aspetta.
I formaggi serviti erano avariati e i fiori di zucca ripieni completamente insipidi. Il cameriere è stato invadente, cercando di venderci di tutto. L'acqua al tavolo era tiepida, così come il limoncello e il meloncello serviti alla fine.
Durante la serata, ho notato che i dolci erano mal confezionati, con una carta velina appiccicata direttamente sopra, senza alcuna cura. Inoltre, il locale è privo di accesso per sedie a rotelle e le numerose scale sono pericolose, con il calcestruzzo cedevole e privo di pavimentazione.
Il conto finale è stato esorbitante e assolutamente ingiustificato. Allego foto a dimostrazione. Consiglio di evitare questo ristorante a tutti.

01/08/2024: This is real FARM-TO-TABLE! My wife and I went to their dinner which is a set menu that starts at 8pm, all their ingredients are sourced from their farm which has been in their family over many generations. They all have so much love and passion for quality ingredients which you can taste in each dish. From the wine, main course, and desert everything was delicious, the host Dominico is very warm and friendly to everyone and rather than feel like a restaurant it just feel like they are welcoming you to their home. This is a hidden gem by far with very very reasonable prices compared to what you will find in the main areas of Positano and Amalfi. Take the time to visit this restaurant !

Um jantar completo e delicioso com vinho, entrada, sobremesa e tudo mais por 40 euros.
Eles fazem um tour pela fazenda explicando como produzem as coisas...
Os donos da fazenda são extremamente agradáveis e fazem questão de passar nas mesas e ficam puxando papo e conversando
