24/01/2025: Disclaimer: I recommend going to this restaurant during the week, at the weekend it is much busier and therefore you may not receive the same welcome I am talking about in the next lines (I speak from experience). A place dedicated to hospitality, good food (and beer!) and the professionalism of those who manage it. Many compliments to Marco for his skill in presenting the dishes, welcoming us and advising us. All really fantastic, with quality and quantity ingredients. The evening was also peppered with various tastings offered by the house, from beer to appetizers, up to the dessert and the final limoncello. An experience absolutely to be recommended, and if possible to be repeated, for anyone coming to Herculaneum, even just passing through.

24/11/2024: A little jewel located in the historic center of Torre del Greco! Time seems to have stopped here: welcoming and characteristic, rustic but refined, with attention to every detail. It is run by a very nice married couple: she, Teresa, is present in the room and treats guests with a friendliness and kindness that are now increasingly difficult to find around; he, Gigi, churns out typical dishes of the Neapolitan tradition with fidelity and without "desecrating reinterpretations". The costs? Much more than honest! PS: I have hardly eaten in a place as clean as this.

24/11/2024: Going to Gigino is like feeling at home and there are many points in its favour, from the welcome and helpfulness of the owners and staff, to the tasty range of dishes with which it proposes the local culinary tradition, all surrounded by delightful furnishings that it makes the atmosphere even warmer. Don't hesitate to order one of its fantastic cutting boards next to which I chose a nice glass of wine filled almost to the brim by the generous Teresa (so I really felt even more at home with my family), and if you still have space, don't give up on his legendary saltimbocca (I've never eaten escarole and broccoli like his anywhere else). I highly recommend going there and, if you're in a hurry, don't worry: there is also a takeaway service.

Fast assistance via whatsapp. Descriptions that reflect reality. The payment phase is very clear and precise. This is a trader who ships in large quantities, I can't recommend improving anything, I can only take an example from them. I made two purchases in one week, same treatment, even gifted gadget. 31/01/2025: From social media everything is so perfect. Expectations are very high, but normal dishes with almost zero presentation. Considering the high costs of each individual course, one would expect them to also have a visual impact and a more refined presentation, in addition to gratifying the palate. In addition, when ordering the shrimp carpaccio we found 2 insects inside, which according to them, came from the sprouts present to "embellish" the dish. They immediately prepared it again but They didn't even refund the cost of this course. The only positive note was the good lobster linguine. Experience done, because I was overwhelmed by the curiosity to discover given the so much publicity on social media, but I wouldn't go back.

25/01/2025: beautiful place beautiful location.. but as the first courses were better I took a package of lobster and I have to tell the truth the flavor wasn't there so I had to review this thing as starters which I got were good.. to review a bit of variety choice of desserts but better the prices too high prices..

08/12/2024: Excellent venue. Hospitality and great courtesy. Fresh and excellent quality traditional Vesuvian dishes. The sequence of appetizer courses alone is worth an entire dinner. Buffalo morsels, potato croquettes, parmesan aubergines, strong Neapolitan suffritta, m'buttunati peppers and...... The main dish is the paella with a very balanced flavor and excellent rice cooking. Also very satisfied with the quality/price ratio. Go to believe.

È andato tutto benissimo, cena abbondante e gustosissima, ospiti soddisfatti. Un plauso al signor Claudio, disponibilissimo nell' accontentarci in tutte le nostre richieste. Personale in generale gentile e simpatico. Ciliegina sulla torta le decorazioni natalizie presenti sia all' esterno che all' interno del locale hanno creato un' atmosfera ancora più piacevole Lo consigliamo!
