The problem arose when, going out to get the car, I found a car parked right in front of mine, preventing me from getting out. I went back to report the problem to one of the members, kindly asking if he could find out who the owner of the car was. The response was anything but professional: I was told to go table by table and ask myself. I find such an attitude on the part of the staff unacceptable.
