27/06/2024: We celebrated my wife's 50th birthday, a beautiful and exciting evening, plentiful and excellent buffet food, a very welcoming place with a swimming pool, very good, helpful and friendly staff (not so much the owner) but to liven up the party, particular praise goes to the piano bar by Angela and Ciro, thanks to them we had so much fun.

Unfortunately, if the bread is old, it's not enough to heat it up, a real shame because the rest was good and for a trifle you didn't get a new customer. Greetings

10/06/2024: Sono stato a mangiare a pranzo la pizza, la pizza tutto sommato non era male ma quello che mi ha decisamente deluso è stata la scortesia del personale, per aver richiesto solamente se la pizza fosse ben cotta mi hanno risposto in maniera aggressiva dicendo che a Napoli loro la pizza la fanno così per poi sorridere in maniera ironica e andare via. poi abbiamo richiesto delle forchette nuove e me le hanno portate dopo 15 minuti, e i fritti erano ancora sulla tavola e ho dovuto mangiare le zeppo line con le mani. Prezzo anche abbastanza alto, sicuramente non ritorneremo

10/06/2024: Siamo stati Qui a pranzo ieri pomeriggio, direi che la scelta è stata ottima! Eravamo in 5, io ho scelto la pizza Ciccio, devo dire molto buona essendo in pratica una pizza ripiena e non classica! Gli altri sono rimasti molto soddisfatti, la comanda è stata gestita in maniera veloce nonostante il locale fosse abbastanza pieno! Il posto catino, il prezzo molto abbordabile almeno per le pizze! Insomma buon pranzo o cena a voi popolo di TripAdvisor.

18/08/2024: Rude and unprofessional! I called to order some sandwiches at home, asking for the delivery time and I was told that the delivery would be at 9/9.15pm, I called at 9.30pm and, instead of receiving an apology, in light of a delivery that perhaps it would have been done at 10pm, I was told 'ma'am, it's not just you'!!!! SHAMEFUL!!!

18/08/2024: Shameful! After 45 minutes of waiting for my delivery on the phone I was told by a super rude woman "ma'am don't bother" Rude and unprofessional!

05/05/2024: We stopped after a rugby match. The very kind lady welcomed us (there were over 40 of us) and prepared trays of pizza for the kids. We enjoyed other pieces of pizza and the arancini. All very good. Prices much more than fair. Rugby Valdarno thanks you!!!
