While my girlfriend was assembling the small pastry, the employee said to her, "I'll put this in too. Do you trust me?" Moral of the story: she handed her a cassata that was so stale that the paper underneath stuck to the cake.

26/12/2025: We ordered the cassata and tasted only sugar, the cannoli and the only thing that prevailed was sugar, and the raffaiuoli were as hard as roccoco. Basically, 100 euros wasted on eating only sugar.

18/12/2025: Fantastic experience! All the dishes are exceptional, the sushi is simply amazing. The raw fish is incredibly fresh and top-quality, and every dish is beautiful to look at. The portions are generous, and the value is excellent—really hard to find. The atmosphere is well-kept, clean, and very welcoming, perfect for both a dinner with friends and a special evening. The owner and his wife are very kind and helpful, 😘 as is all the staff: always smiling, polite, and attentive. I will definitely be back very soon. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

11/01/2026: I wouldn't give it one star if it were possible. An experience I'll never forget, unfortunately in a negative sense. The wait for food was exhausting, over half an hour, almost an hour, with no explanation or attention paid to the customer. I had organized a very simple surprise for my boyfriend's birthday. That's why I paid in advance, before even eating, simply to avoid ruining the moment. At the cashier, I had asked for only one thing, very clearly: to have the sandwiches brought to the table with two lit candles, candles purchased and provided by me. No extra service, no celebration, no special requests beyond that. They added, on their own initiative and without any prior communication, a small, glowing heart and a few decorative confetti to the table. At that moment, I thought it was a spontaneous kindness, a gesture of care towards the customer. The real shock came when we left. We were stopped at the cash register and asked to pay "€10 more," defined as the "difference," without anything additional having ever been agreed upon, communicated, or authorized. Being asked for money for something I hadn't requested, and hadn't even been informed about, was deeply humiliating. I found myself forced to pay in front of my boyfriend, the very thing I had tried so hard to avoid, seeing a surprise and an emotionally important moment ruined. I didn't argue out of embarrassment and dignity, but the discomfort I felt was enormous. The €10 will be recovered, but the humiliation won't. The lack of clarity, sensitivity, and respect for the customer remains. I won't return, nor will I recommend this place. There are ways to make money, and ways to permanently lose people's trust. This experience, unfortunately, falls into the latter category. I paid for what I ordered in advance. I only asked for one thing, which I made clear beforehand and accepted at the cashier. I didn't request or authorize any extra services. In a proper business, any additional cost should be disclosed beforehand, not afterward, and above all, it can't be unexpectedly imposed at the end of the evening. On an ethical level (and this is where it hurts the most), What should have been a gesture of kindness was transformed into a "money demand." They independently decided to add a little heart or confetti, so it should have been either a free courtesy, or it should have been disclosed to me beforehand at the cashier as a paid service, not after paying. Asking for it at the end, in front of the birthday boy, is a form of emotional pressure. Inelegant. Incorrect. I lost nothing. They lost much more than €10: my trust and respect.

19/11/2025: The Panuozzo was pleasant. The place is small, so I recommend making a reservation. Occasionally, I get a scare from a glass or other item being dropped. The Wi-Fi connection is poor. The internet connection is intermittent.

21/02/2026: Terrible experience. This pub was one of the last places on the recommended list, and after dinner I understood why. I spent a Saturday evening sitting around waiting for food. The waitress asked if we were ready, but after we said no, she never came back. After calling her several times, she took our orders listlessly. After about 10 minutes, the appetizer arrived: the meat was cold, the fries were decent overall. After that, we spent an hour and a half waiting for a sandwich that ultimately never arrived. After several calls, we were given takeout. Thanks for ruining my son's birthday.

15/12/2025: A really nice place, perfect for spending an evening playing with friends. Also great for an aperitif. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere. The selection of board games is perhaps a bit limited, but overall it's a great place.

13/09/2025: I've been there several times and can confirm the excellent quality of the products, and the prices are fair. The menu is very varied, with both savory and sweet options. I especially like the gluten-free options (among many, the "super burger" is exceptional). The wait times are average. You can dine in or take out, or get home delivery via the app. Easy parking nearby. Highly recommended.

19/06/2025: We were at the Pomigliano d'Arco location last Sunday and tonight... what can I say? The toast was good in itself, but the problem was the invasion of cockroaches outside (some even tried to climb in... they came out of the manhole immediately outside the entrance to the place! I am aware that it is not a problem created by the store, but they cook and sell food there (among other things, it also has tables outside for consumption on the spot) and the municipality should require a cockroach removal and sanitization of the affected area or at least do it at their own expense! This is not allowed and in my opinion it loses points for the service.

I returned a few weeks ago after a long absence and it was a disaster: slow service and a nonexistent menu, and then I paid €9.40 for two ginseng "long" pastries and two croissants (very heavy, not as flaky and good as they used to be). Are you kidding me?
