It was a wonderful discovery for us who are looking to eat in a genuine, simple and respectful way of our excellent traditions. The pizza and bread we enjoyed together with the porchetta prepared by them were excellent. Very good! Even meat and first courses. Genuine wine. The owner was very kind and you can see that he is a person who knows the raw material and also knows how to cook well, without unnecessary frills. Absolutely worth returning for those who want to eat well in a rustic, simple but good environment, in the presence of a beautiful fireplace that pleasantly heats the environment. Try the Matador, a fried filling, reheated in the oven with a filling of porchetta and provola. And on top bacon, mozzarella bites, olives, corn 3 rocket. Not everyone can finish it. Passiamo ai primi … pasta e patate con provola il top … proseguiamo con una grigliata di carne mista a dir poco eccezionale … patatine e insalata e per concludere dolce della casa e limoncello. Da ripetere sicuramente. Il personale di sala dei veri professionisti. CONSIGLIATISSIMO !
