We visited Fuoco Lento in Mariglianella and were pleasantly surprised by every detail. The place is truly beautiful, well-kept, and has a very welcoming atmosphere.
We started with the fried foods, and what can I say... simply excellent! Both the frittatina and the crocchè were tasty, light, and fried to perfection. Next, we decided to split a pizza in a rotating dish: it was truly delicious, truly delicious, and a top recommendation.

The pizza is excellent, and the staff is equally so, but the dining room is hot, which is unacceptable for a pizzeria in 2026. I also think it detracts from the true value of the pizza because you can't find the right level of comfort inside the dining room. A real shame because the pizza is truly spectacular, but the lack of air conditioning is unacceptable.

We dined at this pizzeria for the first time and were blown away. It was a perfect dinner for two: the croquettes are delicious and the pizzas are exceptional, made with fresh ingredients that really stand out. The service was impeccable, fast, and the staff was friendly from start to finish. It was our first time at Fuoco Lento, but it certainly won't be our last. See you soon!

If you're looking for a place to eat well without being in the usual "copycat" restaurant, Ristorante Fuoco Lento is a worthwhile choice.
The pizza al ruoto is definitely one of the highlights: light yet flavorful dough, quality ingredients, and thoughtful yet not overbearing combinations. The appetizers and traditional dishes revisited with personality are also excellent, especially the Genovese and Parmigiana.
The setting is elegant, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff is young but truly attentive. You can sense the true passion behind the project, not just aesthetics or current trends. The quality-price ratio is also excellent.

I speak as a pizza lover, and honestly, even though it's completely different in terms of cooking, dough, and everything else... it's heavy both in terms of weight and digestibility; undercooked in French, it's called nghiummosa.
The product above, however, is of quality.
There's no draft beer, but it's clear by now that bottled beer is a big business.
