I went to this pizzeria intrigued by an enthusiastic review published a few weeks ago in one of the main Italian newspapers and my expectations, encouraged by the praise I read, were fully satisfied. The room is welcoming and spacious. The environment is cared for down to the smallest detail. The staff were courteous without affectation, helpful and attentive even though the place was full. The service was extremely fast. However, I want to dwell on the most important thing: the pizza. They also offer very particular flavors and the pizza is cooked in the oven. I feared that their innovative proposals could be exhausted in a mannerist exercise aimed only at attracting people looking for something new. The pizza, however, turned out to be really excellent, cooked perfectly and light. The bill is more than adequate. I will definitely go back.

Very nice and welcoming pizzeria, a little difficult to park as it doesn't have its own.
The pizza is recommended for two people as it is not the classic one but it is the pizza al ruoto and therefore has more than double the amount of dough, you can fill the pizza as you like even in two different halves.
Very light dough prepared with different flours, excellent raw materials and therefore all you have to do is try it.

I had to try this pizzeria again at the request of friends. Fortunately this time the quality was not as low as last time, but one of the main problems remains. Pizza ordered for 8.10pm, arrived at 8.00pm the pizza was already ready and boxed.
Ps. the friends of Fuoco Lento blocked me on FB for this review of mine. Well done... congratulations...

Poor quality, probably dictated by the success achieved, because pizzas with burnt bottoms can only be due to haste. I remembered the toppings as better, the nerano with the thick and almost boiled courgettes can't be seen. Sciarelli is still looking for parmigiana on Parmigiana. On the sausage and broccoli it seemed (I said it seemed, no it was) there was a thin slice. Costs are always high in relation to the quality and the bad habit of preparing your order well in advance remains.

Good quality pizza nel ruoto, semi-wholemeal dough perhaps a little too "bready", but various toppings of reasonable quality. One star for the service, because I booked for 8.15pm, I arrived at 8pm and the pizzas were already ready.

In questo posto ci sono stato due volte e posso dire che essendo amante della pizza di sicuro ci ritornerò volentieri.

Se volete mangiare la pizza nel ruoto siete nel posto giusto. Tanti gusti, ricerca e studio dell'impasto fatto con un mix di farine che rende il tutto più digeribile.
Consigliatissima la pizza con crema di broccoli, polpettine e tarallo sbriciolato, un esplosione di sapori in cui ad ogni boccone si distinguono benissimo tutti gli ingredienti.
Ottima la parmigiana, servita calda nel tegamino con melanzane "ndorate e fritte" cosí come vuole la tradizione.
Unica pecca le patate al forno un po salate a mio gusto, ma si può perdonare guardando alla qualità degli altri piatti.
Il tutto contornato da ragazzi gentilissimi e professionali e servizio veloce.
Non vedo l'ora di ritornarci.

Buona offerta di varietà di pizze
Soluzione interessante per dividere la pizza con due scelte , secondo me costosa. Manca nella scelta per gli ospiti la mozzarella campana che secondo me visto la zona ci starebbe sempre bene
