Breakfast is the most deserving of a review: it's decent, but not quite up to the standards typically expected from a hotel of this category. Among its strengths are the gym and convenient garage, services that represent a real added value, especially for those traveling by car. The location is also very convenient: a bus stops right in front of the hotel, providing quick access to the center of Naples. Important note: the property is pet-friendly, a highly appreciated feature for those traveling with their pets. Overall, the quality-price ratio is good and, despite a few details that could be improved, it is a structure that we feel we can recommend.

14/01/2026: Portions on Glovo described one way, arrived another. Poor quality, dry kebab. Saltimbocca doesn't look like the photos, the portion is small, and the price isn't worth it for how the product is described.

06/03/2026: I had a very pleasant stay at the Masaniello Hotel in Naples. The hotel is very nice and well maintained, and the overall service was excellent. Its location close to the airport is very convenient, especially if you are staying for just one night or making a short stop before or after a flight from Naples Airport. However, there are several event venues nearby, so there can occasionally be events happening on both sides of the hotel. There is no traditional breakfast room, as breakfast is served directly in the room. That did not bother me at all—in fact, the breakfast was very generous and absolutely excellent. I would also like to highlight the young lady at the reception. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive, providing truly great service. Overall, it is a very nice hotel with excellent service. I would definitely recommend it for a short stopover when arriving at or departing from Naples Airport.

30/01/2026: Simply...! What a spectacle!? The soffritto frittata was sublime. The stuffed pizza was indescribable. Must try!

07/12/2025: A truly well-organized place. 12 lanes to play on, all well-maintained. I went with my children and some friends, and we had a blast. The food area was also very nice. I'll be back very soon. Kudos to all the staff. The idea that from Monday to Friday, food is delivered to the lanes by a little robot is a nice touch.

23/03/2026: I ordered takeout and went there directly. Needless to say, when I ordered and waited my turn, I had to do it in the cold, standing outside for LITERALLY ALMOST AN HOUR. The service is really, really slow, considering there were only a few people waiting outside. Finally, I got home and tried the sandwich, which had no flavor whatsoever and was missing an ingredient. On the menu, the sandwich was €10.50, but at the checkout I paid €12, but it was a waste. A sandwich that only tasted like bread, no ingredients had any flavor. NEVER AGAIN Cold, wasted money, and almost an hour of waiting, only to be left unsatisfied with everything 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

18/01/2026: Very rude cashier. My son was looking at the menu, and the cashier roughly snatched it from his hands and threw it onto another table! The waiter was good, but from the reviews section, the cashier is a real problem and he's going to ruin this business. I don't recommend it at all. Very rude cashier.
