29/07/2025: I ordered a piadina and they forgot almost half of the ingredients inside. I called to let them know, and in response, to repay their debt, they said they'd give me a free portion of fries with my next order. About a week later, I called to remind them who I was. I ordered another piadina, and as always, half of the ingredients I wanted weren't there, and rightfully so, the famous portion of fries didn't arrive either. I don't recommend calling; it's better to go and see what they put in your sandwich, just in case. I was very disappointed.

16/02/2026: Terrible service; they sat us down and within 10 minutes, no one paid attention to us, not even asking us anything, and they didn't even have a menu (I had to find the waitress, who later brought me the QR code). Then the order was taken by a waiter who was in a hurry and was completely unprofessional. I asked for advice on which vegetables to put on the pizza (since they don't have any vegan options) and he couldn't suggest anything. In the end, we both (my girlfriend and I) chose a focaccia with broccoli rabe and French fries (they didn't have baked ones), and I had to stop him at the last minute as he ran off, telling him I still had to tell him what we wanted to drink. So I asked for sparkling water (and then received it still). I then specified that I wanted peppers on one of the two pizzas, if they had them, and he brought me a plate of peppers on the side (20 minutes before the pizzas) without even an empty plate for my girlfriend, who would have watched me eat on an empty stomach. The pizzas arrived after a total of 40 minutes (the dining room was almost empty) because they were obviously focusing on takeout pizzas. The pizza was quite good, but it was all fried and covered in too much oil... not to mention the hair and crumbs I found in my seat when I arrived. Then the price was incredibly high...that measly pizza with just two simple ingredients was €7.50 (more than a pizza with cream, ham, provolone, and croquettes that they sell, and those ingredients are definitely more expensive). They decided to put the peppers aside on the plate to justify an additional €4. When paying, they also noted on the menu some bruschetta and croquettes from another table, as well as drinks. I told her they weren't ours and explained that it would be nice to find some good vegan alternatives to the usual foods in the future, and the cashier replied that it was Valentine's Day... (which has nothing to do with what I said). But these days, you know... if someone wants a vegan meal, it's normal to magically raise the prices (despite cheap ingredients), and if they say something constructive, just wait until they finish speaking and say something random.

07/02/2026: I ordered on delivery which was 7.45pm now it's 8.48pm I called them and they told me to wait another hour I didn't even know this pizzeria I wanted to try but honestly disappointed I will never order from here again I hope that at least the pizza arrives hot

19/02/2026: Hotel Futura is a functional property, with some areas for improvement, but overall it's a good choice for those seeking a practical stay in Naples. The hotel's style is a bit dated, but the rooms are spacious and comfortable, ideal for multiple-night stays. Considering its four-star rating, one would expect a few more thoughtful touches in the room, such as a welcome kit with a kettle and coffee, which would certainly have elevated the experience. Breakfast is the most deserving of a review: it's decent, but not quite up to the standards typically expected from a hotel of this category. Among its strengths are the gym and convenient garage, services that represent a real added value, especially for those traveling by car. The location is also very convenient: a bus stops right in front of the hotel, providing quick access to the center of Naples. Important note: the property is pet-friendly, a highly appreciated feature for those traveling with their pets. Overall, the quality-price ratio is good and, despite a few details that could be improved, it is a structure that we feel we can recommend.

07/12/2025: A truly well-organized place. 12 lanes to play on, all well-maintained. I went with my children and some friends, and we had a blast. The food area was also very nice. I'll be back very soon. Kudos to all the staff. The idea that from Monday to Friday, food is delivered to the lanes by a little robot is a nice touch.

07/07/2025: ⚠️ Very serious experience: We stayed at this property trusting the 4 stars declared and the images on Google and Booking, which turned out to be clearly misleading. The reality is profoundly different from what was advertised: it is an old, neglected property, with rooms that are more reminiscent of a nightclub than a hotel, and a style totally incompatible with the quality and hygiene standards expected for a hospitality facility of this category. At the time of booking, we were told that only a "suite with hot tubs" was available. Later, reading the reviews of other guests, we discovered that this is a systematic practice, used to induce customers to accept non-transparent conditions, thus configuring deceptive commercial conduct. We arrived at the property around midnight, with a newborn in tow. Despite having called the hotel 15 minutes before to confirm our arrival, we were given an attic room with an internal temperature above 45°C. The baby, a few months old, immediately showed clear signs of discomfort and sickness. The room, lacking adequate thermal insulation, was moldy, damp and had seriously poor hygiene conditions. Access was only via very hot stairs, totally unsuitable for those traveling with children or the elderly. The temperature makes climbing up difficult. When we asked for an explanation, the staff stated that - following complaints from other guests who had found the rooms "too cold" - they had chosen not to turn on the air conditioning before the guests' arrival. An unacceptable, illogical and irresponsible justification from a safety and health perspective, especially considering the presence of a newborn. It should be emphasized that the aforementioned gentleman was well accommodated at the reception, in a very cool environment. I showed up with my daughter in my arms in a sea of ​​sweat and visibly tired by the temperature. Only after repeated insistence were we moved to another room, which was still unsuitable: cracks in the walls, a shower in full view in the room, a clogged sink. Conditions that in no way reflect the definition of a “suite” or what was declared at the time of booking. We tried several times to contact the owner, without ever receiving a response. Online reviews have shown that the gentleman present in the facility is used to providing contradictory, evasive or completely false answers, systematically avoiding satisfying the legitimate requests of guests, with conduct bordering on legality. Further aggravating elements: • We were asked for €120 over the phone for the “suite”, the only available room with a hydromassage tub that had given us hope having decided at the last minute to stop, given the tiredness, unable to continue for 4 hours by car. We were not told the price of the second room. • When my friend asked to retrieve some personal items left in the first room, she was initially told that it was not possible because new guests were expected. Shortly after, the staff contradicted themselves, telling her to leave the keys attached to the door, implicitly admitting that no other guests were expected. • When we asked for a room with a balcony (for reasons related to smoking), we were told that there were no alternatives available, only to be transferred to a room with a view. This room, however, was located right next to a recycling company, with strong smog smells and under an overpass, in an area not suitable for families nor compatible with what was promised online. • There was not even a mattress cover. • The swimming pool visible in the advertising photos does not belong to the hotel, but to an adjacent bar, where the atmosphere is made inaccessible and noisy by loud music and chaotic attendance.

10/06/2025: What can I say? The Masaniello hotel is fantastic, the staff is competent and very kind. Having arrived from an unpleasant adventure, we were welcomed super well. I booked a suite. The staff, knowing my misadventure, made me find the room already with the air conditioning on. The room was perfect, spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend it. We will definitely be back.
