10/10/2025: Shameful, I placed an accepted order and after two hours of waiting I called Deliveroo and they told me the order couldn't be filled because the restaurant closed without warning. Moral of the story, I was left hungry at midnight.

03/08/2025: I called last night for information and to see if they could work a miracle. A very kind and helpful girl answered the phone (I wanted a cake in less than an hour for a surprise, it was 6 PM...) and here I am... I don't know the name of the pastry chef, but you were amazing, both in preparing it, in flavor and in patience because they even let me choose how I wanted it, thank you so much. Another thing that I was super impressed with was that they even delivered it, and at 6:45 my cake was where it was supposed to be, complete with a before photo (they also asked me if I liked it; it was gorgeous). Dear Vivyana, you are such a sweet and helpful person, you kindly accepted my request and managed to satisfy me. Thanks to you, I made a great impression yesterday. Thank you so much.
